If you are not going here for eye exams you are crazy. No hidden charges. Fast, super friendly and efficient. They are going to put some people out of business. Great.

This location has too many employees not doing there job. I visited this location 2 months ago for new contacts. They ordered me one pair. They claim I should try out the brand first. I explained I’ve been wearing this brand of contacts for 4 plus years. I go ahead and place a order 3 weeks ago for 6 months supply. They told me 7 – 10 days they would in. I come in 8 day later the employee looks around for 10 min and tells me they should be here in a couple days. I call back in 5 days to check the status. They can’t find the order. I ask to speak to a manager she tells me they don’t see I every placed an order. I explain the situation to her she could careless and sounded very rude like its my fault. She tells me I’ll call you back in couple hour once she looks into it. It’s been 2 days later no call. I have no contacts left my contacts should of been thrown out 1 week ago.
No returned call and a manager that does not care about by eye health. Don’t shop here!!!

This place was great. Inexpensive but I’d def go back. My son had never gotten glasses or had an eye exam. They were gentle & explained everything.

I was looking for a cheap contact lens exam and came across this place. It currently is $ 79 for the exam which is the cheapest eye exam I have found in the DFW area thus far. Or you can pay $ 99 to join their club, which will get you 3 years of eye exams for FREE and discounts off lenses. Which is a really good deal considering most places are $ 99 per exam anyway, so who isn’t going to take them up on additional exams for free? So I made an appointment online on their website (they do walk-​ins too) and headed over.
I was a little worried the place was going to be poor service or quality due to the price, but it was the opposite. It was very professional and it has a fairly calm vibe, which is good because I tend to be nervous when I go. Even though it was Saturday and it was very busy, it all ran very smoothly and efficiently and we were in and out pretty quick.
The staff were extremely nice, the woman doing the tests before you see the optometrist was kind and she explained what each test was and what it was for before she did it. The doctor was friendly, and answered all my questions thoroughly. What I really liked was that they gave me a copy of my prescription without me even needing to ask! Most places make you ask, and make you feel bad about asking (because your business is headed online then) But she put a copy of it in my bag without a word from me, and no one pressured me to buy, but did tell me about all their sales, which were some pretty good deals and I ended up buying from them in the end.
Overall I’d say good service, great deal, I will be back!
