Melanie has over fifteen years of experience in the hair and makeup industry. She began her training at the Coiffure Beauty School near St. Louis, Mo. before moving to the east coast which catapulted her career in bridal, editorial, fashion, runway, television, pageants, and commercials.

She made her mark in the Washington D.C. Metro Area. Melanie gained invaluable experience working as an educator for Kevin Murphy. Melanie strengthened her skills and was given the opportunity to work with the best professionals in the industry. While working as an educator, she presented numerous classes to salons on the east coast.

The list of clients Melanie has done work for includes Proctor and Gamble, Oxygen, USO, HGTV, Miss United States Pageant, Rohm and Haas, Xtends Hair Extensions, and numerous runway pageant shows. Her work has been featured in magazines such as DC Modern Luxury, Fiesta, Brilliant, as well as, several bridal blogs such as Ruffled Blog.
