I’ve been a yoga teacher since 2007, a yoga therapist since 2008, and a craniosacral therapist since 2010. I have since followed my passion and combines my skills into intuitive counseling sessions.

I have a gift for holding space, no matter how subtle or intense the experience of your stress. I am able to objectively see your potential for transformation, and gently guide your mind, body and soul into balance.
