Been in there the past two days for lunch. BLT on toasted wheat, tater salad on the side, small milk. Nothing to write home about but good tasty morsels for 8 bucks. Hit the spot. I’m going in this morning for a couple over easy, bacon, hash browns(smooshed up together, of course), English muffin. Updated review: I DID go there for breakfast. Couple over easy, bacon, hash browns. I cut up the bacon then smooshed it all together. A few splashes of hot sauce. English Muffin. Coffee. $ 9.02 plus tip. Can’t beat it.

Little Pat’s has been one of my favorite weekend breakfast places for over 20 years. I love their breakfasts and the wait staff is always very friendly and efficient. Prices are very reasonable as well!

Found this place on Unilocal and shame on you all for recommending this dive. I sat for 50 minutes before my food arrived that part was forgivable since they were a little busy. I watched 3 tables that came in after get service before me again forgivable it’s a seat yourself so they probably saw them first ok. Ordered bacon, eggs, hash browns and a biscuit instead of toast and ½ order of biscuits and gravy. You brought my biscuits and gravy out The rest of my food was not ready yet. Five minutes she came back took it away brought it back with the rest of my breakfast. Gravy was tasteless ordered my eggs over easy they were over hard. And I defy anyone to pick up the biscuit that I got on the side to be able eat it. It just crumble when I pick them up to try to butter. Tried to pay the bill and they don’t take debit cards

greasy spoon! Great little restaurant. Perfect to go for brunch. I will be changing it up next time I go for lunch as I always get bacon and eggs and my mom gets the veggie omlete cause its her favorite, Prices cant get any cheaper then this,. 6 $ for breakfast and beats dennys everyday in service, prices, portions and quality. Run by a Samoan or Pacific Islander family and they are veryn friendly and always remember me. I try to go once a week. Bacon is flavorful and eggs are plentiful. Hasbrowns are crispy and golden deliciousness. This is literal food porn for the mind. Beware however debit and credit cards not accepted for some reason, cash or check only. Mom and pop type restaurant. parking a little catiwampus and not in the best area,. White Center/Burien Cusp. You wont be dissapointed if you go for breakfast

I’m by far not a new be with Unilocal.I have several hundred checkins! Can’t figure what happened here. Oh well moving on, Little Pats Place has been the local café for many years. 30+ and still as popular. It’s not your table cloth and candles restaurant but just a great place to grab some good food at very good prices. Their menu hasn’t changed much over the years it’s always stayed the same. A good group of regulars come in daily to enjoy the fun staff, friendship, and good food. I recommend stopping by for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner.

HAIRINMYFOOD! Was a regular, loved their breakfast, now I’ll make my own. I order the same thing every time and last visit I get attitude from the niece who works one day a week. She tells me I can’t have french toast instead of eggs.(As if bread dipped in egg is more expensive than eggs.) No substitutions she says. I tell her I only ever order this same order every time, and it’s never been an issue before. I pointed out the owner and said she always takes my order and she told me to order it like this the last time I was in. She tells me that the owner isn’t working this section today and she will get in trouble if she does substitutions. She got the owner who told her to just write down my order. She said but uncle doesn’t like me doing substitutions he gets mad at me and she was told again to just write the order down they are regulars who always get this. The owner appologized for her. I waited forever for a second cup of coffee, she wouldnt look over at us as if she resented having to ablige my requesting my usual! I actually felt bad for the whole thing happening, when she was the one having a off day or was new or unfamiliar. So I get my food and I tear up my bacon and as I wipe my fingers off I feel coarse hair!!! I look at my paper towel and there is coarse inch or so long hair there. OMG Never comming back ever! Almost told the owner when I payed, she asked almost as if she thought something was amiss. Well loved their breakfast but it’s nothing I can’t do at home and from now on I will. Best advice enjoy but don’t do special orders or substitutions especially on saturdays. Better yet ever. Sad day in weekend world. Great place but can’t trust them to make my food anymore so not so great anymore.

Don’t be afraid. Yes the place doesn’t look much but what they lack in deco they make up in friendly services and affordable prices. Their breakfast food is your typical greasy spoon. Simple things like eggs and pancakes, nothing fancy. What I love is that when we come in they remember us and even know my son’s name. You get your food quick and they are always filling up your coffee. But the best part is the price! This is why their place hasn’t been remodled. I go in with a family of 5 and we never get a bill larger then $ 35. This along with the friendly family service is why we go back. I’ve only ate breakfast there. I like their French Toast.

Pat’s Place has great sandwiches and service. The décor is a little rough but the food(and prices) keep bringing me back. Bring your friends but don’t be surprised if the seat has a tear in the fabric — just focus on the food and you’ll back for seconds

Super friendly staff. These people go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. The food is the cheap breakfast stuff you stop into diners for. Nothing special but nothing wrong with it. The good news is their is always people in there so you can tell they move product regularly. As for the building… be prepared you are not in the best part of town. Its a dive and the décor screams«Danger Stranger». The atmosphere is offset by the great prices. All in all a decent 3 star hole in the wall.

Little Pat’s Place is really good, but the décor deceives you. It seems kind of dirty but the customer service is great and the prices are really good as well. They only accept cash or check though! No debit or credit cards.

Stopped here for my first time because it looked like a busy classic greasy spoon. The good: it was greasy and so were the clients, you can order eggs stewed in tomatoes, its fun watching the eaters. The bad: the food is so-so, they greased my toast with something that I could taste the whole kitchen in from the frier to that dark little corner behind the frier. Thankfully that made the water taste good. Give it 3 stars because it is a classic and if I hadn’t bitten into my toast everything else would have been average. IFYOUWANTTOTRY, GETYOURTOASTUNLATHERED.

It is a bit of a greasy spoon. But on the weekends they have biscuits and gravy that is to die for. And they are super cheep on the prices too. I wouldn’t take a date there. But a nice place to go with the boys. Who cares what they think! LOL Pork chops are Awesome for dinner as well

I’ve been going to Little Pat’s Place for breakfast off and on ever since we moved in to the apartments behind the place(used to be called Seahurst Manor) in 1983. Little Pat’s Place is definitely a throw-back. The décor must be the same stuff they put in when the opened the place and I swear the menu hasn’t been changed(except for the prices) probably ever. Which may be a good thing. I popped in the other morning for breakfast and, God bless ‘em, the Breakfast with a Smile was still on the menu. That’s Teriyaki steak with eggs, toast, and potatoes for about $ 7.95; coffee is extra. Presentation is still stuck in the ‘70s, with the ubiquitous stalk of parsley thrown on to the plate for good measure(I thought that went out of fashion with tie-dyes and bell bottoms. Oh, wait… they’re BAAACK!!!). Still, my breakfast was fresh, tasty, and pretty reasonable price-wise. The waitresses are old-school — they still call folks«hon» — and most of the patrons have gray hair if they have any at all. The place is terribly outdated but seems to be kept pretty clean. Don’t be put off by the run-down exterior(apparently the landlord is doing the minimum to get by), and don’t be in a hurry. If you’re looking for a down-to-earth, unpretentious, reasonably-priced breakfast, I think you’ll enjoy Little Pat’s Place.

This my favorite local café. I grew up in this area and the«strip mall» that its located in has been run into the ground by a very lazy cheap owner. Little Pats has been doing great for over 30 years. Don’t expect white table cloths and candles, it’s just a great, friendly neighborhood café. If it was bad then why is it so busy any day of week. Just stop by relax and enjoy the food and staff. If you ever had a problem getting your order it was a very rare problem. Again, relax and enjoy.

The perfect American dive. It’s like stepping into a rural midwest diner(or somewhere in Adams County)! To echo everyone else, the food is good and cheap. The hashbrowns are salty, crispy where they need to be and soft where I like ‘em. You can order a single side pancake(so few places do this anymore) to round out a meal; it will be bigger than your face, thick and heavy on buttermilk and artificial vanilla flavor, and taste like childhood. Eggs come per your preference — I had poached, my partner scrambled with cheese. He received fried eggs instead, and happily dug into them anyway. When the waiter realized the mistake, he came over and apologized, asked if it was all okay, but made no offer to deduct the price of the meal. Service was friendly and genuine, but a little neglectful. No refills offered on beverages and it took awhile to get an order, but the food came very fast. This is a good place to recover from a hangover, get a cheap, filling meal, or step back 25 years in time for the sake of nostalgia.
