Flash PhotoBooth Seattle

We rented a photobooth for our wedding based off a friend’s recommendation and received a small referral discount. We live in Chicago so had to communicate with Tracie, the owner, via phone and email. Leading up to the event, communication was okay – at one point she was out of town, so emails were left unanswered for a week. Simple tip: leave an out of office automatic reply. Flash forward to the rental day. The photobooth was set up on time and the prop box was awesome and laid out nicely. Not sure if this is standard, but after the pictures printed off (a double set), Tracie would take them and cut them in half by hand, then replace the pictures back in the machine. This was kinda weird, seemed like the machine should have been doing this or a paper cutter could have been used. Several guests commented that she seemed unhappy (I don’t blame her), but let’s problem solve a bit! We paid for a disc of all the images. 2 weeks after our event, the disc still had not been sent. When I was finally able to get a hold of Tracie, she said they had been sent (not true), and that she would send a disc 2^nd day air. This didn’t happen, I had to repeatedly email and call her to get a response, and over 3 weeks after our rental, a disc finally arrived. Great props and quality pictures but mediocre communication and professionalism given the price.

We just had Flash PhotoBooth at our wedding last weekend and it was a big hit. Everyone loved the props and the unlimited photo strips were such a bonus. We asked that they put copies of the photos into our guest book and write their messages. Our guests loved the photobooth. It gives them privacy so they can take as much goofy pictures as they want. Not something you can do with a standing photobooth. I will highly recommend. Plus the pictures are all high resolution images and you can get a CD of all your guests photos in the mail. Truly a gem!
