I have done my eyebrows EVERYWHERE. I’ve tried every race every place every human and settled under the hands of Shahd. Everyone, please visit this store and ask for her to make you beautiful. She has patience and she will work on your eyes brows to make them perfect every time even if you ruin them. Grow them out and try her you won’t regret it and you’ll thank me.

Just came in for a haircut. My hair was long and damaged so wanted a medium/​short layered look. Vanessa was very nice and gave me a good length but wasn’t layering and texturizing the hair the way I wanted. Looked like a straight cut and blunt.
Was actually very happy when Janine noticed and jumped in to help assist because at first, it just looked like a super cuts trim. She was able to fix it and make it a bit more layered as I was trying to describe to Vanessa. Janine you could tell had more years under her belt and knew how to work with the hair. She wasn’t as timid. Vanessa seemed more conservative with cutting and doing shorter layers ;was mainly working just with the ends instead of all over and you couldn’t really tell there were layers initially.
Overall customer service is amazing. Glad the stylists are open to helping each other out with customers to reach overall look and style! Will recommend to my friends.

Great eyebrow service, a little pricey if you don’t use a Groupon and go every month.

I’ll giving this place 2 stars just because it’s very clean an elegant. Other wise these girls are rip offs very pricy! If your trying to spend $ 60 and up for a trim go here. It’s expensive!!! Overall my hair was left so uneven :(

What an awesome experience! Janai is the most inspiring person! Not only is she good at what she does but she’s a good human being. Such a kind soul. I felt such a healing touch sitting in her chair. We had fantastic conversation, she did exactly what I was hoping to get and I walked out feeling like a new woman. A beautiful woman!

I was told that the Salon would be open at 10am and Janine would be in before noon for a client so I went in at 11:45am and the salon was closed. I left 5 mins after because I wasn’t sure when they’d open. I then called a few hours later and spoke to a receptionist to schedule an appointment with Janine for a balayage, but the receptionist told me to text Janine a picture of my hair and get a response of what she thinks we could do to it.
Well I did and Janine replied once, but did not mention what she thought we could do. So I gave her a few days and texted her that I’d appreciate a response so I could schedule an appointment. She responded right away and said she ‘doesn’t book over the phone and you have to call the salon’. This was very disappointing to receive. If she would have paid attention and realized that I did that before and was directed towards her to text, than we probably would’ve had an appointment scheduled. She also mentioned towards the end of our conversation ’ sorry. Hope you understand how this works’. I’m thinking no, you’re at fault for not paying attention by not reading texts clearly from potential clients and not following up with them with suggestions.
May I add, I didn’t even want to text Janine. I was a little taken back that they do that. I’ve never had to text a stylist what my hair looks like before meeting with them.
I’m surprised at how disorganized connecting and getting an appt with her was. I won’t be coming in, because all of the best experiences I’ve had with any service start with how you first connect and are treated.

So I wanted to try another hair salon because my colorist was really pricy! When I found them I was like nice colors they have! I started going online and checking their website! The hours are from 10 AM! So I called on Tuesday at 10 am, nobody answered, 10:15, no one! 10:30!!! Still! And I called at 11! Still nobody answered, finally at 11:30 someone picked up. And I asked if I can know the price, and also talk to Janine! they said she is busy and you have to come and get a consultation with them! I went there first of all only a one person there getting her hair done! And a lot of people like friends and family gathering in the middle of the salon with a baby! come onnnn! That’s how busy you get?! Anyways she said on the website BALAYAGE is 200 $, she was like my balayage is 200 $ and you need a toner which is 35, and you need a babylight!!! What the hell? Seriously??? So what is the balayage?!? Funny! Anyways I just booked it to find another one, for the appointment she was telling me I’m so booked She gave me an appointment a MONTH Later! Really??? I asked so what is the Sunday and Mondays by appointment only for?! She said I have a baby and It has to worth it for me to come!!! Even celebrity hairstylers are not that busy! I called a week later for my Mom’s appointment, again ofcourse they didn’t pick up the phone the time they supposed to! And I said I wanna talk to her and I already have an appointment and I wanna see how much a base color and a balayage costs! After putting me on and off on hold, she said she is busy with client and she will call you!!! So she didn’t! I called at 5 and I wanted to follow up because she didn’t call me! She said she is not working today! PS IT WAS TUESDAY! Which it says you work! And she said she was here only for an hour and SHE IS AT THE BEACH WITH HER BABY AND SHE IS NOT GONNA CALL YOU TODAY AND WE WILL SEE TOMORROW! Really?! I was so pissed! Long story short she did not even call next day I called and she said she is not working again and I will text her, she texted me and told me my Mom’s hair is gonna be around 450?! Reallly?! 450 for what!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Unless you have patience for these type of people! Don’t run a business when you don’t even have a receptionist!!! Everything is not about only quality its about customer service which they are terrible! I shared my story so everyone know what exactly happened!

Claudette is amazing!!! Hands down the best hair stylist I’ve been to (and I’ve been to tons). She’s so professional and did exactly what I wanted. I got compliments on my hair style all day and night! She’s so awesome!!! If you try her out I promise you won’t leave feeling anything other than perfect. She is definitely my go to from here on out.

My heart and hair are forever yours! I am in love with my Ombré Balayage I can’t believe I finally got the style and color I have been wanting for a year now. I had gone to 3 different hair stylists asking for the same Ombré Balayage and the first place damaged my hair second one told me it would take me about a year to get the color I want and the third one said I can’t expect my hair to be similar because we don’t have the same hair type (btw all the places were high-​end salons) just as I was about to give up I found Volume III and Janine called booked an appointment walked in with the same picture. After a quick chat about my hair she started her magic and literally painted the color in my hair she also put a product in the bleach so my hair would not take so much more damage. I was blown away with the time and care she put into my hair. It had been so long I had walked out of a salon smiling from ear to ear and felt beautiful! Thank you again Janine!

Kristin is the sweetest girl! It was my first time here and the whole salon was warm and welcoming. She squeezed me in for a cut & blow dry appt, took her time and precisian into my hair cut; I mean I could literally feel every single strand of my hair frivoling away with her scissors. She doesn’t talk much which is good because I don’t like hairdressers who make awkward conversation and don’t focus on their work. She does her job well. She brought my hair to life and I loved it. Had to knock 1 star off because they’re prices are just out the ball park. I got simple long layers and a curled blow dry. Shouldn’t have been that pricey. This isn’t the 90 210 but their prices are not far from it.

I love this place she did such a good job I definitely will go there again. I got a lot of good comments about my hair

I came to Volume III after checking out their Unilocal page. I was set up with Kristin who did an amazing job on my hair.
I knocked off one star because their prices are ridiculously expensive. I paid a whopping $ 260 for a dye job and balayage/​ombré look, and my hair was barely past my shoulders.
My appointment lasted for 3 hours, which turned out to become the most boring and dead silent time I have ever spent with any hair dresser. Don’t get me wrong, Kristin is amazing at her craft, but I’m afraid the lack of conversation nearly drove me crazy while I sat in her chair. Time tick-​tocked by and I felt like making conversation was like pulling teeth. It was just downright awkward. I was relieved when it was over.

Shahd on eyebrows — 5 starts! Friendly, fast, painless & beautiful eyebrow waxing. I’d be interested in getting my hair done here! Seems like a very nice & skilled salon.

I had my bridal shower this past Sunday and I had Shahd do my makeup and Kristin curl my hair. I was very satisfied with both and got so many compliments from everyone!

Honestly I had no idea that you could get a great haircut in Burbank. But you can! I went in last week and got the best haircut of my life and I’m very very particular about my hair. I was lucky enough to get Janai as my stylist. She’s terrific, very nice, professional and super detail oriented. The reason I am writing this review now and not on the day I got it is because it lasted this long and is still looking good despite the fact my hair grows fast.
Obviously Janai knows how to texturize and work with my hair and I noticed that most of her clientele were cool young ladies but she definitely was capable of cutting men’s hair too.

Janine is the absolute BEST stylist I’ve ever had! And I’ve been all over the country to the best salons and had «master» colorists and stylists work on my hair and she is by far the best. She’s so good that I will still continue going to her every couple months once I move to the east coast. She does the best ombré and bayalage and individual extensions or works with clip ins to match your hair. Her prices are very reasonable and I couldn’t be happier that I found her.

After checking out hair stylists… and being disappointed many times since moving to Burbank… I finally found a good one!
Volume III is a cute, out the way shop in Burbank. It’s clean and all the employees are very friendly and accommodating. I have been here 5 times and have been happy every time. I can usually get an appointment whatever day and time I need it… sometimes even same day!
Janine (who is also the proprietor) has colored and cut my hair. She does a great job and I am never disappointed. My hair looks great, shiny and healthy.
The prices are very reasonable. I had a touch up on my roots and an all over hair gloss and the damage was $ 90.00
I highly recommend them for any ladies looking for a good salon, colorist and stylist.

I had came into the salon off a whim a couple months back just for trim. I saw the good reviews on Unilocal and figured I’d take my chances. I’m so glad I did because I found this lovely lady hair magician that handles my dry, curly, crazy hair like a boss and her name is Cadat!
After a successful trim I went back to her for a drastic change of hair color (red to brown). I needed something more natural and was completely over my red hair. Along with the complete change of color she added some balayage/​highlights to my layers and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Oh and did I mention she is a brow queen as well? My eyebrows barely exist but she found a way to make them look amazing.
Cadat is also the sweetest most down to earth hair dresser I’ve ever met. Hanging out in the chair with her is like hanging out with your best friend. I can’t say enough nice things about her…

I waited 2 – 3 weeks before I wrote a review. You might ask «well why?» The answer is because typically when I get my hair cut, the day of the cut it looks beautiful but then I go home and shower … It never looks the same again.
I found volume iii on groupon and I decided to give them a try. Kris was my girl for the day. I was 10 minutes late and they were so sweet about it … The whole crew!!! Throughout the cut we laughed and giggled and it become such a comfortable place. Even one of the girls was like «I’m talking as if I have known you for years». That was as accurate as it can get. We automatically hit it off and I absolutely adored these girls.
So again, you may ask «well if they were so wonderful why not give a review earlier?» Because I hate to be fake. I didn’t want to judge the product by just my experience which was top notch. I didn’t think it would be fair to those who are reading it.
So now I get to my point. 2 – 3 weeks later and my hair still looks exactly as it did when I left the salon. I really REALLY enjoy waking up in the morning and seeing my hair as perfect as the day before.
Anyways, thanks girls for not only making my experience amazing but also making me feel so comfortable. It was the best experience I had with the customer service and the actual product outcome. Thank you for all that you guys did. And thanks for making me laugh and really making me feel like I have known you all forever! I sincerely can’t wait till my hair is longer so I come by again! Thank you!
