He provides great quality products for all my offices and homes.

Rude. Rude. Rude!
This place works through Lowes. When they came out for lowes, they guy was pretty chill. I called him back for another room, but not through Lowes and he wouldn’t even come and give me an estimate. He wanted to give me an over the phone estimate. Part of the floor needs to be repaired. I didn’t want him to show up and double the price because of the repairs. So he thought I was wasting his time. He wanted me to commit over the phone. He said, I’m very busy, if you’re going to hire me I will come out. If you’re going to think about it, then you’re wasting my time. I said, well the work needs to be done. He suggested I call him back when I decided.
I called someone else. Wow. Before I commit. I need a real price from someone who’s seen what work actually needs to be done. Not a phone estimate based on a guess of the size.
