Came here to do my business and was taken care by Ani Tarverdian, Stellar Teller 2015 holder. She was very professional and helped me a lot. She placed a call and typed a letter for me to get faxed to the main Us bank branch. Im glad Us bank has such workers and will be back to this branch again. Thank you Ani.

I had a huge problem with my checking account yesterday and me thinking I’m screwed, I was proven wrong. Karishma Bhambhani fixed the problem I had the same day. Anyone need new checking or business or whatever account with US Bank, go see Karishma Bhambhani.

Iram is the manager. She seemed unapologetic about a misunderstanding and was quick to stand by the banks initial action against me. She did make an effort to accommodate me, albeit a minimal one so I was pleased that she leveled with me. I just don’t feel that it’s professional or considerate to put a customer in a position where s/​he is made to feel like they’re in the wrong when they’ve been affected negatively by the company.
Opening a new account is nightmare with the amount of time they hold your funds, so watch out for depositing checks. They’re not very great over the phone, so unfortunately to get anything done you’ll have to make the trip there to speak with anyone. The service at this location isn’t to par with my experience other branches (which has actually been swell) however the company itself seems to have just the basics which is what enticed me to open an account.
