I had a problem with my Kenmore Elite range, and called Steve’s appliance repair because of the great reviews. It was very easy to make an appointment. Arthur called me about 20 minutes before he arrived, which was really helpful. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything to me very clearly. I would absolutely use Arthur again, and would recommend him to a friend in a heartbeat!

After reading all of the stellar reviews, I decided to give them a call due to an issue with our Maytag oven. Arthur was the technician that came out and was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He was honest with us and addressed the problem quickly. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends!

Fixed our dryer in 45 minutes flat! The man who serviced it was knowledgeable, kind and cleaned up after himself. Booking was super easy. Dryer is working great now. We continue to use these guys in the future!

Well my fridge encountered a separate issue, we called, they were very accommodating on the time, gave a 10 – 15 min courtesy call when they were on the way. Art was very quick to address the problem and fix it, and explained what was wrong, ordered the part and was back the next day. Will definitely use them again for anything.

Called Steve’s Appliance Repair, Jack came out the next day. Jack called a half hour before he came, he was courteous, professional and listened to my concern about my very old refrigerator. He checked it out, inside and out and came to the conclusion that it actually works ok for it’s age. My worry was that the motor was working «overtime» but he said that that’s acutally ok, no charge! I very much appreciate his honesty, did not try to tell there was something else wrong. He has a great attitude, thanks Jack and Steven’s Appliance Repair. I’ll use them again.

Just had my Kenmore washer repaired by Steve’s Appliance Repair. Chose them based on reviews here at Unilocal.Made appointment for next day, and they called ahead to confirm arrival, and they showed up on time. The technician, Ivan, did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. I have dealt with quite a few appliance repair companies and Steve’s is now my go-​to.

Jack came on time and completely turned my washer inside out to diagnose the problem. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately my washer was beyond repair but the cost to diagnose it was totally affordable. He stayed extra to drain the washer when he didn’t have to! Thank you guys!

Great company! Very nice tech — Art — came by to look at our dishwasher last weekend on short notice. Took a look and told us honestly that a repair would end up costing as much or more than buying a new dishwasher. Appreciated very much the straightforward diagnosis and it saved a lot of aggravation on our end. This will be the first place we call when trouble arises with any of our other appliances!

Art came to fix our older Whirlpool stove. Was able to find the problem, find and pickup the parts today. Stove is repaired ! He explained everything clearly to include a reasonable estimate for the repair. We hope nothing breaks but if we need a repair we will call Steve’s again.

Very nice customer service and excellent communication. Easy to get an appointment with the well-​informed tech Eduard who arrived on time. In my case, the news was bad and I ended up having to buy a new fridge. But that wasn’t their fault and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
One thing worth noting: While this listing is for Steve’s Appliance, the paperwork — estimate, invoice, etc. — states the company is Service Alliance. The customer service rep I spoke with explained this was because the company also does heating and cooling work under that name.

I called and made an appointment to have someone look at my Electrolux cooktop, which was having two issues. I was given a lot of choice in terns of scheduling. Joseph came out during the 3-​hour window, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly. (The person on the phone got one digit off on my phone number, so I didn’t get a 30-​minute heads up.) Joseph was good at sourcing a part that worked without having to use the more expensive Electrolux part. He was very professional and efficient. I will use this company again.

Could not be happier! The service repairman, Arthur, scheduled the appointment as soon as possible. When the diagnosis (on my 4 yr. old GE dishwasher) was that the Computer Touchscreen needed to be replaced, he called 2 of his vendors from my house. The part was backordered. (Both places). He gave me an estimate of time to get the part. And called me as soon as he had it to schedule the repair.
Called to confirm he was coming on that day. Called again to see if he could come earlier, because he had a cancellation.
After installing the new Computer Touchpad, the dishwasher still didn’t work, so he
called the Manufacturer. They required a restart of the entire computer system.
He did that, and it was fixed.
Amazing!
This is the service you hope for from a company, and seldom see anymore.

MY FRIDGE — Kenmore brand /​14 yrs old — Artur was sent to check-​out. . I’ve *never* had it maintenanced, and all-​of-​a-​sudden was hearing weird plopping noises at the bottom of the fridge. Figured might as well have it checked-​out now and serviced after all of these years.
He explained the strange noises I was hearing had to do with air pressure piping into water sitting in the evap plate under the fridge — nothing bad. He was in and out — no extra charges — just the show-​up-​charge. He wouldn’t do the servicing (which would have been an extra money for them) as, he informed me, this particular fridge design doesn’t require maintenance unless something was broken.
Fast — honest (!!) — informative.
Now I won’t be wiggin-​out about plopping sounds should they ever return.
And I wasn’t taken. That’s nice.
