Came here looking for a disposable cutter when flying in for my brother in law’s wedding. The place was easy to find and was a decent size shop with a decent general selection. The guy working was friendly enough and greeted me when coming in. They had a great general selection from vape things to glass pipes. The walk-​in humidor’s cigar selection was fair with only a few nicer selections. The only things that prevented this place from getting a higher review from me are mainly the limited cigar selection and the high concentration of glass pipes with little concentration anything else.

Walked in wasn’t even welcomed better yet the guy was just sitting behind his laptop just staring at his computer screen. Didn’t even ask how he can help us or greet us. Plus the prices are insanely overpriced. Would not recommend at all!!!

Thus place sucks. Nice selection but subversive owner. Asked for more mild cigar and he gave me a full strength. I questioned his choice but he insisted it was mild. It was full strength. And not the cigar he said it was. Better place on Hollwood way.

Ok so I went to this smoke shop to get a water pipe. I went around looking at all the different selection, not the best selection, but definitely not the worst. I asked to see a pipe In The glass and the guy just said to just open the screen myself. The salesman wasn’t very involved with me at all, he was much more interested in his dinner. So I Finally pick a water pip but I don’t like the bowl piece that it came with. I asked the guy if I can switch it out with one of his hundreds of different other bowls pieces. He said he would have to charge me to switch it out… WHAT? Since when have I or any of you been charged EXTRA to switch out an unwanted bowl piece. Please tell me.
I have never in my life in purchasing pipes (I have been to countless shops) has someone wanted to charge me extra to switch out a bowl. Like wow. I will never come here again.

Walked in here today for the first time and I thought to myself finally I’m in a real smoke shop! They have everything! Huge selection of glass, lots of hookahs, and huge Vape section. The guy working here is super nice and knows what he’s talking about. Got myself a nice pipe at great price. Going to be shopping here from now on.

My favorite smoke shop for hookah shisha, the owner is the shit, and there is 7 amazing velvet paintings behind the counter that are worth a visit by themselves. Dont go anywhere else. Hearts.

This shop is super clean, knowledgeable, and GREAT PRICES!!! It’s a one– stop shop for all your tobacco, hookah, and cigar needs. They carry hard to find items (in the states) great imports and fine glass pipes etc. PS DID I MENTION GREAT PRICES!!!

I have been coming to the smoke shop for years now and every time I leave I’m a happy customer. The customer service is amazing and the variety of products that they have is great! Definitely one of the best smoke shops in Burbank. They’ve got a large selection of cigars, vapes, pipes and hookah products…

While the store looks nice and has a pretty good variety of pipes and water pipes, I must say their selection of hookah related stuff was the WORST I’ve ever seen. It was almost laughable. Their shisha shelf looked like it hadn’t been stocked in years, and most of the shisha the employee showed me had expired over 3 years ago. after I pointed that out to him, he began to get a little nervous and tried showing me a totally different brand of shisha that was «fresh.» Their cigarette selection was also picked over and they only had a few brands. The employee was friendly but had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. However, they did have a good selection of charcoal and the hookahs themselves seemed alright. I’ll find somewhere else to go next time I’m in need of any smoking related things.

I love this place and the owner rocks. I have never dealt with the cigars, but I have dealt with everything else in that place and it’s always been great. The owner always helps me figure out any problems I’m having with products from other stores, etc. Definitely check it out. His prices are good and he knows what he’s talking about! A+++

Cool looking shop.
Bad business.
It doesn’t matter how nice your humidor is if you don’t know how to operate it.
I’ll happily pay the higher price for a good cigar but expect a product the store owner stands behind. I returned (at least tried to return) a corona that was completely dried out. I had my receipt, it was the next day and I hadn’t cut the cigar — yet they stuck to the hand written sign «No returns. No exchanges. No reason.» I was stunned. The very next day and a receipt!
On top of that, the attitude from the clerk was as if I was scamming them. That enraged me enough to write this review. Congratulations Smoke shop clerk, you got me to write my first on-​line review.

The Smoke Shop was a place for me to go to while I was waiting to get my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube (wait till you read that review) and I was hankering to move about so I saw this place. Like the previous review, very nice looking, colorful, decent humidor with a great variety of cigars, but when you feel them you know that they are a little on the dry side. But alas a good price and a good humidor at home makes that a decent smoke.
The guy was nice enough, offering me matches and having a little small talk, but I felt like I was being watched as if I was going to steal something.. .. Well i walked out with 2 cigars and took them home to my humidor. They’re still there but I know that when its time they’ll be great.
So other than the weird looks this place is allright.
They also sell cigarettes, TONS of pipes, and a bunch of random smoke accessories and a few really really cool lighters: D
