Visited this restaurant for the very first time and wow, huge letdown. While the staff here was really generous, the food was awful. The buffet is a total joke, small section of food and it all tasted bad. You’re much better off just ordering something from the menu.

Great service, excellent food… Our waitress Maria gave perfect service, sweet personality… Manager even came over and greeted us… It was very clean, both the dining area and bathrooms… I would definitely come back over and over again…

Not sure why so many Unilocalers are throwing shade on this Sizzler — it’s a hit. Located just south of the Burbank Airport and right on Burbank’s super-fun bike path, this Sizzler is frozen in time and looks like the same Sizzler your parents went to back in the day. Is it Burbank’s best kept secret? Not sure, but there is always abundant seating and never a shoving match in the salad bar area. Speaking of the salad bar, that’s what I always get — it’s a hit! In addition to different salads and toppings, there is a full taco station with fresh foil-wrapped tortillas, spaghetti and meatballs, another pasta, chicken wings, and of course soft-serve«ice cream» and some very tasty pound cake of the Sara Lee variety. AYCE! I’ve been many times, and the service is awesome. Drinks are refilled at the first sign of low volume, piping hot garlic cheese bread is brought to every table, and plates are cleared promptly. Tons of parking right outside a restaurant. A hit!

I always come to this sizzler and the service is always good but today it was excellent Mary was awesome! She was the most attentive and very friendly. She always came to our table to make sure we were ok and took all our plates. Thank you Mary for making my family’s dinner awesome!

Great food fantastic server. The blue cheese dressing was as always the best I’ve ever had! The Italian herbed chicken was cooked oerfectly. my only complaint was that it was, a little small. The salad bar had everything… wonderful family type if atmosphere. I forgot the femalec servers name on Sunday night but she was so attentive and fast. Thank you Sizzler we will be back!

Gross. Look at your food before you eat it. Bugs and hairs seem to be their speciality. It is amazingly dirty and unkept.

UPDATE: The crappy reviews continue to befuddle me. I come here ALL. THE. TIME. I’ve never had bad service. Never had bad food. Never had a bad experience. You know that saying about how ‘if everyone around is is an a**hole, maybe the a**hole is you’? Yeah. I think it’s a little like that. You keep doing what you’re doing Burbank Sizzler, and I’ll keep coming here.

Terrible service. Waited over 45 minutes for a steak and baked potato and in that time the waitress didn’t stop at my table. She walked by often enough. Really cold too. The food was decent…

The servers are right on top of things, but there was an annoying fly buzzing the tables in our section.

16.99 I paid for a piece of 75% fatty burned rib eye. Salad bar missing a few normal items like eggs every time I go there.

I saw the negative reviews and I had to put in my two cents. The service was spot on great. The food was pretty good. I love being pleasantly surprised and this was no exception for me. I love being proven wrong and this was no exception. It gets a of the early closing hour. We were having fun conversing and watching the Clipper game and it was a shame we had to leave so early as a result. Otherwise, great place for food!

Came here with 4 adults and 4 children. Was a bit apprehensive due to some other negative reviews. Our waitress Maria was very attentive to our party and checked on our table about every 5 minutes. All drinks were always full. She was very friendly. A real assets to this restaurant The food was absolutely fine. Nobody in our party had any complaints at all This Sizzler exceeded our expectations. Do not hesitate to patronize. Good job Sizzler Burbank

While I waited, along with my quiet toddler, in the foyer(for about five minutes) for the rest of my family, I was asked to leave, until the rest of my group walked in. I was asked for my receipt three times during my first and only trip to the salad bar. The staff was unbelievably hostile while I went about what should have simply been the business of filling my plate and eating. I will not be back.

The clam chowder and the chicken are soooo salty! Doesn’t anybody taste it before they serve it? $ 11.49 for the salad bar doesn’t seem like a deal.

Omg this place is horrible… Food Sucks like you have no idea no wonder people never come to this place. It’s way overpriced like you have no idea how do people like this place??? Customer service was so so except these two ladies were very kind that’s why I gave them two stars but don’t come here you will get macaroni cheese for 90 bucks and ice cream… Just don’t come here waste of money you get better meals at McDonald’s

Best sizzler I’ve been too. Always great service and the one time I ordered steak it was actually juicy and tasted good. Not a fan of the seafood from any sizzler chain in general. I come for the salad bar and leave happy.

I hadn’t been to a Sizzler before, being that I recently moved from New England. I really didn’t know what to expect– now I know and can comfortably say it’s pretty terrible. Essentially, moderate prices for frozen insta-food that I could’ve bought at a supermarket and microwaved myself. I could’ve found better frozen food, actually. The seafood dishes had that weird fishy flavor throughout, akin to a seafood Lean Cuisine meal that’s been marinating in a freezer for 3 months. At least the soft serve ice cream was enjoyable.
