Best place for diesel fuel in Burbank!
I have a BMW diesel and this is my gas station, YES BMW makes Diesel engines and they are also quite good at it. And YES I do know that I’m putting diesel into my car. Do you know that you’re putting gasoline into yours? LOL. Today the price was $ 2.53, $ 30 total to fill up my tank. As for the complaints on here about the car wash, I wouldn’t expect very much from a machine which is why I never use them. I believe the hand car wash across the intersection is only a few dollars more and will do a much better job and take only about 10 minutes longer (on a weekday).

I’ve been here a million times for gas and the car wash. Today, I pulled into car wash and the sensor told me to «back up». I backed up, nothing. I pulled forward, again «back up» lights up. Then nothing happened. I pulled all the way thru to ask for money back because now the line is just too long and who has the time to sit in it again. I dealt with Luz. Completely worthless. She couldn’t give me my money back and I couldn’t pull the car back thru the wash again. She said if her manager saw it– blah blah blah. I argued: if your manager sees it, they will see nothing happening. She acted like I stole something from them and argued she would have to reset the machine. Apparently, this involves brain surgery and not a push of a button! Ridiculous!!! So, folks– I got screwed today. To top it off, the machine at the car wash where I paid doesn’t even print out a receipt. She asked me if I wanted to come back tomorrow to talk a manager. Wtf for? 8 bucks??! This policy isn’t posted anywhere either so if the shit breaks down while you’re using it– they will keep your money and not let you go back in to complete the wash. On the chance that something malfunctions, they don’t give a shit. DO NOT USE CAR WASH here. Poor service, poor customer service and the wash is mediocre at best.

This is about the car wash and the terrible customer service. I went through their drive through car wash today. I slowly drove forward and when the red light came on I stopped. The light then turned green so I went forward again until my wheels hit another pocket and the red light came one again.
The car wash then proceeded to not wash my entire car because I was not in the right position. I went to tell someone after, I was politely telling the issue bc I had no reason to be mad at this point.
A woman came out of the booth near the car wash and was immediately rude and defensive. Before I could even finish she was telling me it’s my fault and there is nothing she can do. I explained how the light turned green after I had stopped, and she was just like «you went over the line. It’s your mistake» I was like okayyy, well I only went over the line bc the light turned green again. She said something about reviewing the tape. I said ok let’s review it, that’s how confident I was. Then she starts saying how no one else coming out of the car wash is having that problem, «look that car is fully clean. You can see if any of these cars have the problem» I was like ‘you want me to sit here and wait for all these cars to go through just to see if they have the problem?” She continues to tell me how I’m in the wrong, it was my mistake, the machine works fine. I told her this was really crappy customer service. She couldn’t care less.
Then I said I did want to review the footage. She she goes to her booth but when I ask if I can go with her she says no. So I was like cool, so I guess I’ll just take your word for it. She comes back out and just rudely says «you went over the line» and walks off.
I was so floored by this horrible customer service. She would rather lose a customer and have me write this than let me go through the $ 7 car wash again. I wish I’d gotten her name or knew how to complain on a higher level. Unfortunately not many people Unilocal their gas stations but I just needed to vent bc I’ve never experienced something so rude.

Gisella I think that was her name was extremely rude when I questioned her about the drive thru car wash not working. I understand if the machine has issues or somehow timed out but I was given the run around about a refund. I was told if the payment posted to my credit card for the purchase of the car wash which I never received I could call the shell station and they would «work something out» I told her that rather than leave my car in the drive thru car wash I tried to call them and their phone number posted on Unilocal is incorrect, she stated this was not her problem because they don’t have any affiliation with Unilocal.I told her I understand that but as a business you can let Unilocal know the accurate phone number to serve clients and she was just rude and said thanks (thanks for what, I still don’t know) not going back here I don’t need the poor customer service.

I had been here a few times before and it was ok. I always chose the Best wash but it never dried well, especially behind my car which left water marks. But the 1 star is for heavily scratching my car last time I went. Not sure how often they service it and replace the scrubbers, but my car now has vertical scratches on the hood, roof, and trunk; and horizontal scratches on the doors and fenders. Won’t be returning. Don’t recommend.

I have gone to this station many times for both gas and car wash. I went for a wash yesterday. There was a sign that the dryer wasn’t working, but the car wash was fine so I went for it. I bought a $ 9 car wash. The green light came on, I went in, the red light came on for me to stop, I stopped. Some soap sprayed on my car and the spinners spun, but didn’t touch my car once. Some water washed the soap off and then sealer came to seal on the dirt that was still there. The green light came on. I left. My car was still dirty, if not actually dirtier than before the wash. I went in to the station and was told to come back tomorrow for the manager. When I went for a refund the manager reviewed the video tape and refused to refund me saying I didn’t wait for the carwash to end. The green light clearly comes on in the video to leave the carwash when I did. The manager stated I was still in the wrong and told me to get out after I pointed out that the video shows the green light when I left, just like all the other cars on the video were doing. When I asked for a supervisor’s number she wouldn’t give it to me. Terrible customer service. Will not be back for gas or wash again!

I stop off here from time to time when in Burbank because they seem to have the most affordable prices.
I have yet to experience any real «issue» here (knocking on wood now!).
I’d recommend them based on my experiences here, which go:
1. Pull in
2. Park at Pump
3. Pay for Gas at Pump
4. Pump Gas
5. Throw any garbage inside my car into the waste basket
6. Leave
Works for me!
As far as helpful is concerned, I do recall once asking a clerk about using Ralphs points without my Ralphs number and he instructed me on how to use the phone number which eventually worked.
I have used the carwash before which is basically a «when desperate times call for desperate measures type deal» but it’s been fine too.

good car wash for the money.

I’m NEVER going here again! I’m telling all my friends and family and you, DO NOT go here!!! I have been going here for years for gas and wash (spending PLENTY of money)…Not again, after what happened. It’s funny that I came on to write a review and then saw all the low ones. One person put «ZERO customer service»! So true!!! I had a problem with another customer at the car wash. I told the cashier, she came out to look at my car, but wouldn’t go talk to the guy. He was sitting there watching us and she wouldn’t do HER JOB!!! I called the manager and she WOULD NOT LISTEN! She continuously talked over me, so I couldn’t finish one sentence. Then she said she had the video (making it sound like everything was fine), and I told her that I didn’t need to see the video, because I WAS THERE! Then she kept telling me to call the police when I’m calling her about THEIR CAR WASH. They wouldn’t know customer service if it bit them in the … There are plenty of gas stations and plenty of car washes. You can count on me never stepping foot here again!

ZERO customer service! I paid for a car wash and a full tank of gas. My car was NOT washed and it didn’t dry at all. Instead it dumped dirty old water onto my car, and wouldn’t dry. I asked the cashier Griselda for a refund which she said gave me a recipt for but never refunded me. She then told me to try again since my car was now dirtier than when I arrived. I tried again and this time the car wash wouldn’t even TURN ON! There is no attendees so I called the cashier outside. She then tells me there is no record of me paying for my second wash and therefor can’t refund me again (even though I used a different card and payment method than before.) So I pull up my bank account and to her face showed her the charges. She still refused. I asked for a managers number which is just the store number. Seems to me like the owner should hire people who can actually run a gas station and not just ring up candy. Totally pathetic service. My car now has water damage stains ALL OVEER IT! I hope to hear from the owner soon or I might consider taking legal action.

This can be a busy station on Victory Blvd that has both gas and diesel available. Prices are better or the best for diesel than most of the surrounding stations. It’s also conveniently located within a mile or so of Costco.
tip– it’s fairly close to the 134, so it’s fairly easy to fuel up here

The times I’ve gotten gas from this station my credit card info has been stolen. This place is seriously shady. Won’t be getting gas from here ever again.

OMG! WORSE CUSTOMOR SERVICE!!!
Now I’m not big on reviewing places, I let go of things and Im very easy going. I came in to this car wash, I paid 10.99 for it, and there was a mistake with the car wash and I didn’t wash my car, someone went in to call the guy (Dwewalli)) that worked there and he came, and started SCREAMING and and I was a bit shocked. He told me to stand in line again, I was a bit frustrated but I understood hey shit happens, so I was back at it and he comes again and lets me know that my code won’t work, I asked for my money back and said it was my fault and I kid you not, he said «go away», I understand that he wasn’t from America. I’m not American either, but I would never treat anyone like this in the work place, once I told him that if I didn’t get my money back I would call his manager he gave me my money and said get out of here/​I was so frustrated and I asked for his managers name again, I was in shock and he said no out out. I called another shell station and got the mangers name, I came the next day to explain her name was Anna, she did not great me in a friendly manner and said he isn’t from here? And I said I understand but that’s not excuse for this, and she said so what do you want he gave you your money back. I just walked out and left, I never experience such disrespect and negative attitude from an employee and manager. I will never be going this gas station again, and from other reviews I can see I’m not the only one!

Not too crazy about the car wash but it’s close to work and cheap. Gets the dust and dirt off but that’s it. It doesn’t matter which car wash you buy, same poor results.

This review is just for the carwash.
I was so happy to see how cheap the car washes were here. However, I quickly learned why. The dryer did a horrible job of drying so I was stuck with water marks all over the sides and back of my car. Also, the car didn’t even do anything to my wheels so they looked horrible after everything was done.
I think next time I’ll spend the couple extra bucks to have it cleaned somewhere where I know it will be completely cleaned & dried before I leave the lot.

Twice now I have used their outside «vacuums», and twice now I have had problems. The first time, they wouldn’t accept my debit card to get cash back to make change with, as I had no cash on me. They clearly weren’t interested in my business.
The second time, I made sure I had cash, but they refused to give me change unless I purchased something. After I explained to them that I was trying to PURCHASE THEIR VACUUM SERVICE, they still refused until I actually bought something. So, I got ripped off by buying one of their overpriced items, but I was against the clock, so I had no choice. Then, they refused to give me more than $ 5 in quarters, even though their vacuums only TAKE quarters.
I could not, for the life of me, figure out why they were in business. Very, very, very rude, extremely discourteous. They didn’t even make an EFFORT to empathize with me. I don’t know what it is about Phillipino business owners, but they sure don’t know much about customer service. This is the EXACT same response I get from Phillipino «customer service» centers in the Phillipines: a complete and utter inability to empathize. Rude, curt, short, discourteous. Is this how you treat your own people???
So, I got the change… only to find out that their first vacuum (after wasting $ 2 on it… you only get 3 minutes for $ 1) was utterly ineffective because the suction was so weak, and the other one was «out of order.» So, I went to the do it yourself wash down the street, with their Turbo vacuums (that actually worked, and COST THE SAME.)
Chintzy, chintzy, chintzy. A word of advice, folks: don’t make it damn near impossible for your customers to buy services from you, and when they do, make sure your equipment is working properly.
I’d sure like my $ 3.19 back (the total wasted), and store managers/​owners: if you’re reading this, you should really rethink your customer service.

They care nothing about customers. have waited for 15 minutes to use car wash several times and then have it break mid cycle. come on folks spend some money keeping the place fresh and working.

Okay… I see all these one stars. and I’m beginning to think it’s not the customer service but the customers who are horrible.
I came here since I was low on gas and while I was pumping it gave me the option to purchase a wash and since my car had black on top of black I figured why not! Well I wasn’t sure if it was added on to my receipt so I went in.
I asked the clerk that I wasn’t sure if the wash was added to my bill, he nicely explained to me my bill and showed me it wasn’t since I didn’t have a wash code on the receipt.
I paid for my wash and left. Nice service there!
Okay wash. I will 100% admit this is NOT the best wash ever, it’s basically to lay your car over till you can give your car the «supreme» wash with detail and so on and pay that $ 20 + tip wash
However it does do a nice once over, it does air dry the water off my car and I honestly rather pay $ 7.00 for a 3 minute wash & dry then 30 minutes to wash it myself.

WORST GAS STATION! I have never been treated with so much disrespect. Manager and woman at the front desk actually had a conversation about me over speaker phone in front of other customers talking about how I broke their car wash (which was working perfectly fine for the person after me) would not give me my money back or give me another car wash… Left crying because of how terrible they treated me and without my car washed. I wish I could give them less than one star. I would not go here again even if it had the cheapest gas in California.

I never thought I’d have a reason to boycott a gas station, but the customer service at this place SUCKS so much that I’m never going back.
They have a drive-​thru car wash. Basically, you pay for it like a vending machine. I put in $ 7 and it only registered that I put in $ 2. When I tried to talk to the cashier about it, he basically called me a crazy liar and would not refund my money or give me a car wash. I went back to try and reason with Arnold, the manager, but he was just as rude, and also refused to refund my money or give me a car wash. What happened to «the customer is always right?» And why would I lie about a $ 7 car wash.
Please don’t go to this Shell station. You’ll be giving your money to people who don’t care about their customers.
