Since 1913 the Sheehy family has dedicated many years of their lives serving families throughout Chicago and the Southwest Suburbs. Bob and Jim Sheehy have two locations, Burbank and Orland Park.

History

Established in 1913.

The Robert J. Sheehy and Sons Funeral Home was incorporated in 1913 as a strorefront at 76^th and Halsted Street in Chicago, Illinois. The founder Roger Sheehy Sr. was soon joined in business by his three sons; Roger Jr., Jack, and Bob. The four provided a personal service that became a foundation for success. Bob and Jim Sheehy (third generation) own and operate two locations in Orland Park and Burbank. As a family owned and operated funeral home, the Sheehys’ believe the one thing that seperates them from the others is the personal service they can provide. The «name on our sign» outside the funeral home should mean something. For them it is very important that everyone be treated as if they were family, friend or neighbor… as they very well could be.
