This is a great relaxing place. Staff is friendly and the spa are is always clean. I keep going back for different things and I was never disappointed (facial, massages, wrap)

I walked in with questions regarding their facials and the front desk lady was very informative and helpful. I was concerned with certain problem areas in my face and the fact that I sensitive to smells. She said they could definitely accommodate and recommended three people. I was able to be seeing right away and Laura was absolutely amazing. She explained in detail the process and asked me what my concerns were. She told me what might be causing my skin to be the way it was and also give me tips on what to do diferent. She was everything anyone new to facials would want. Thank you Laura for making my experience very remarkable.

Always such a treat to come to this place! From the moment you walk in, you can’t help but to feel relaxed. The experience is worth the cost!

Love this place! I have had the herbal foot treatment a few times and it’s pure heaven! I just wish the waiting room where you wait to be called for your massage was a bit more private. Other than that, it’s a wonderful place for a massage!

Beautiful facility, large and spacious. I have been twice now: once for a massage and once for a facial. Both times were decent, but not exceptional. A good local standby.

I never been to a spa before, so rA Organic Spa was my first experience, and a great experience it was. I love the décor and all the many rooms and quiet areas that the spa offers. The staff was so nice and patient with me because I had no idea of what to do, or where to go. I treated myself to the Thai massage, and at first I was in a bit of pain, but once relaxed I started to enjoy the massage. After my massage I relaxed in the sauna and then a quiet room. I also must say I was pleased with the reasonable price. I most definitely will be back for many visits, thank you for a wonderful experience.

I walked in the other night to see what this place was about. Suzy, the girl at the front desk was very helpful at helping me choose which service would be best (also a very beautiful girl). She even offered me a tour of the spa and showed me the facilities. I was not expecting that at all from the way the place looked on the outside. I will definitely be booking an appointment soon.

This place is completely outdated. The furniture is old, and the glass windows and most facilities need cleaning. From the outside the place looks great! But inside, they have a coffee pot with already made tea (chamomile). They have plastic ans disposable cups and plates for some sliced fruit they have sitting on an old coffee table inside a not very nice looking plastic container. This place looks like my grandmas home back in the 80’s. Sorry but this isn’t a spa.
The massage was not great either. The massage therapist seemed to not be very experienced to say the least. Sadly I will not be retuning.

Hidden in downtown Burbank, this gem of a spa has been my go-​to for at least 5 years. They use all natural, organic products which is incredibly important for the face and body.
The ambiance is peaceful, the location clean, and the staff is so sweet and hardworking.
I get my facials done by Sophia usually, but Laura helped me today and she was such a kind soul! I highly recommend Ra for all of your spa needs.

Bad facial experience here today.
–Booked a One hour facial,
–went in the room at 10:00am, facial was over by 10:51am.
–facialist was Elle
–she layered my face with multiple products
–turned steamer on midway trough the facial.
–APPLIED! Not massaged… Applied lotion on my arms and legs. Twice!
–removed product and did 30 seconds of extractions. I told her my MAIN concern were my breakouts and I really needed extractions.
(She said she DIDN’T WANT To do extractions because My Skin was Too dry).
LADY! I have plenty of impurities to be pulled out!
What a rip off!
–AGAIN. She applied more layers of product on my face! And removed them.
(if I wanted to scrub and put masks on I could’ve done it at home)
–she spent most of the facial time browsing through cabinets/drawers/products/wrappers/.etc…
–I felt so uncomfortable I took off the eye pads to see what she was so busy doing, she quickly came back to remove product off my face. AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN.
–spent Too much time applying&removing lotion off my arms and legs with a towel! (No massage! Just applying lotion)
–she spent another ²⁄₃ minutes talking about what product I should use.

I told the front desk about my experience and all they did was offer a discount.
I asked them what the one hour facial usually entails, and the exact response was,
«well I don’t know? all of our facialist are different»
Wow!
–I was disappointed because the spa is beautiful and relaxing. The spa attendants are sweethearts.
I should’ve read reviews before booking,
I read other reviews on here and seems like I’m not the only one that felt ripped off by the same facialist.

I love this place. It might just be my favorite spa.
The massages are expensive but you get what you pay for. I’ve been here a bunch of times and I’ve never been disappointing by the time I’m ready to leave. The inside is very relaxing and you can help yourself to water/​tea and fresh fruit. Best place to go when you need to unwind and feel good.

I got a one hour facial and one hour body massage. This was my first time there.
Facial — It was good, felt really nice but not worth the money I paid. I’ve had better facials that included a scalp massage and shoulder massage for cheaper than this. This one did neither of those.
Body Massage — EH… It was OKAY. Definitely not worth the money paid once again. I told her my problem areas and she did not focus on them but instead massaged me in her own routine. I expected much more for this price.
I paid over $ 190 for these together! I won’t do it again. I know cheaper places that do a better job.

Don’t let the exterior fool you. The facility is a state-​of-​the-​art multi-​level spa with all the amenities you’d expect at a luxury spa. It was very tranquil and clean. My only complaint was the lady who was giving me the massage. She ruined the experience from the moment she appeared. She looked like she was in such a rush. I did not complain but I paid for a 60 minutes massage and she was done with me in around 50 minutes. I will give this place another chance.

So unassuming from the exterior. Once inside there are many quiet rooms and lounging areas to de-​stress. I opted for a post-​holiday 60 minute facial and 60 minute massage. Just exquisite.
The service, the fresh fruit at every turn, the décor, the finishes, the cleanliness are top notch.
Great location to make a day of it in downtown Burbank. Shop at the mall and the Shops, grab a champagne and salad at Grandville Café and then make your way to rA Organic spa for total relaxation and girlie bliss. Note: Men welcome too.

Had the Fountain of Youth Facial with Elle. The facial is simple and very basic, but the price is good so cannot complain. You will leave with a clean face, Elle is good at extractions. I enjoyed the neck and décolleté massage. The ahdn and foot massage was a little on the «skimpy» side, did not touch my feet at all. Wish they wrapped feet in a hot towel and gave a littlestronger massage. The Emminence products are great but I had to ask for facialist to put on more as my skin did not feel moisturized enough at the end. All in all, it was a good facial. The spa has a very nice ambiance, dark with soothing lights. It is very quiet. Perfect to decompress and great value here.

This spa is really nice, but small. It’s super pricey, but good for a nice celebration. I gave ⁴⁄₅ stars because 1) there is only one bath tub. So if you are coming with another person that is getting a bath, the appointments have to get staggered. 2) the deep tissue massage left me really bruised the next day. When I told the lady massaging me that she’s hurting me, she said that this is good for me and didn’t adjust her firmness.
Other than that, I really like this place, especially the fresh cut fruits available.

I love RA! I’ve been here several times already and they never disappoint.
Let me walk you through the magic.
Check in, get walked to the waiting room where you can wash your feet and enjoy some fruit/​water/​tea, staff gives you slippers and takes your shoes, walk down the dimly lit hall that smells of lavender and jasmine, changing room, remove clothes and put on robe, wait in the tea room (more fruit/​water/​tea), patiently wait for your masseuse, masseuse comes to get you, takes you to a cutely names room (bamboo), take off your robe and get into the bed (heated) with nice soft sheets, bliss for about an hour (including hot stones — I got the Swedish massage btw), leave room looking like a hot mess (but a relaxed hot mess) with tea in hand, go into the sauna for about 5 minutes, relax in the tea room again (shower optional), get dressed, pay/​tip at the front, and walk off with your head in the clouds and messy hair. (Similar to the walk of shame but with more dignity). Thank you Aubrey. You were awesome!

It was really nothing special. I came here to get a couple’s deep tissue massage + cream & fruit bath. The bath:
–Had NO fruit in it, only rose petals and an oily substance that smelled really good.
–Tub very small, a couple DOES NOT fit in one bath, it was barely large enough for one person. So, what are you supposed to do? Take turns of 15 min each? Umm… ghetto. Ok.
–charge $ 60−65ish for a couple’s bath.
–the water was boiling! I almost burned my skin off and I was sweating like a pig.
–needless to say the bath was very stressful and definately not relaxing. We were like sweaty sardines in the bath. We actually got into an argument during the bath because we were stressed out over the heat, lack of space etc!
–they had a bowl of fresh pineapple and 2 cold waters next to bath.
–you take bath Before massage, instead of after massage o.O.
The massage:
–deep tissue, pressure was good, strong like I requested.
–girl did not focus on area that I asked for -.-.
–foot massage very quick, not enough time on feet.
–they used hot stones too, which felt really good.
–I’ve had very similar massage for much cheaper ($ 40) at Oriental foot spa in Burbank.
The customer service:
–overall good, except for the two front desk girls, in particular the girl with the short, red hair. She is very strange, has no personality, i’m not exactly sure why they thought it was a good idea to put her at the front desk for a service/​hospitality-​oriented bussiness such as this one. When you ask her questions she gives you this awkward, blank, judgemental stare. She doesn’t explain anything to you, and even asking her questions its like pulling teeth trying to get info out of her. It’s like, girl, are you even trying to sell any of your services? Nope, I don’t think she cares at all. She seems annoyed that you are there.
