What can I say besides awesome service and a great price!!! I am so happy I came here and had Frank take care of my shirts for me. We have crossed passed before many years ago and he was a great fellow then and to this day still a great guy. I love the small mom and pop family business feel this shop has. A+++.
I don’t understand the poor reviews other than the fact you can’t satisfy everyone. Mishaps happen. Get over it. Also take my review seriously. Because I never review businesses. (I think I have like 3 total over several years) I have more important things to do with my time then give the local taco bell or jiffy lube 2 and a half stars.
So when I actually take the Frickin time to review a business and give them 5 stars. I mean it!

Went in to get my name on a white t shirt and left very surprised. The manager started asking me about my time in the military and my experience in Afghanistan and by the end he decided not to charge me. Thanks for the work which came out great. Thanks for the support.

I brought one T-​shirt here to get embroided and the owner said it’ll take five days and cost $ 100. once the five days was over I called and he said come the next day and it’ll be done. I showed up the next day and they left my shirt at the factory? the 1 shirt I brought and he didn’t even have my design digitalized yet! ZERO STARS!!! OVERPRICED AND UNORGANIZED!!!

These guys were locked for 5 stars until i received a call on my way home from picking up our shirts saying they forgot one at their store. I told the owner that i was too far to come back (i live about 17 miles away) and asked him if he could deliver since it was his team that screwed up. He told me the best he could do is wait for me to come back. I told him that i could not come back because i had family commitments and i needed the shirts (for a girls softball team) the next day. He told me there was nothing he could do.
Since this was his screw up, i would think that he would go out of his way to make things right. He did not. I had to make arrangements to have someone else go out of their way to deliver me the shirts.
Thanks but no thanks.

The guy that was there Frank was pretty cool and was very nice, but somebody else said that they could work with black clothing and they couldn’t. Bullshit!!! But overall pretty nice place.

The reviews on Unilocal attracted me to this place thinking that it had quality work and business acumen. But as I entrusted the product to be embroidered, the manger/​owner assured me that everything will be embroidered as I asked. I taped up my graduation lace so that it marks where exactly they should embroider the sides. I asked the owner if he understood my request and in turn he assured me once again that it will all be done in five days and that he would call me.
I really doubted that this place could really do it, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the 5^th day, I did not get a call. And so I had to call them the day after asking if my stuff is ready. He said yes, I came over, saw my graduation lace and —- they embroidered the wrong sides, but to make it worse, their embroidery did not match the size of the fonts they printer and it was bad quality!!!
Come to think about it; in my opinion, the owner was incentivized by profits rather than telling me the truth of not delivering quality work for such an important piece of the graduation ceremony. If the owner told me that it was out their expertise, then I wouldn’t have gotten stuck with cheap-​looking embroidery that looks like a blind person’s writing.
I’d give him two stars for not charging me, two start would have been him offering me a hundred bucks for damages.

Frank is great! He works with you and your needs! I came out with a great deal and a satisfied customer! Great quality! Will be coming back in the future!

i went to 5 different places and they all could not print a simple design onto a sweater because the sweater was black.

I initially found this business online and called and spoke with the owner, Frank. I ordered a few shirts for my business which I thought came out descent. So a few months later I called Frank again and ordered some shirts for my husband with his logo on it. Everything seemed to go okay, until I had to arrange a time to pick it up. I tried to work around his scheduled and my schedule but we couldn’t meet up. So on a Saturday, I called Frank in the morning and said I would meet him at 4pm at his business. My daughter and I head over to the shop in Burbank and got there at 3:55pm. It waited until 4:20pm but the gates were still locked. I called him and he said he was in Alhambra and would be there in 10 mins. Well my mom lives in Alhambra and I know it is more like 25 mins away. Frank was really surprised that I was there waiting for him as if the conversation we had earlier in the day never existed. I drove off frustrated with my 8 yr old restless in the back seat (we had been waiting now 30 mins). Two weeks later, my husband and I drive over again and pick up the shirts. The logo on the shirt looked as if it was a cut out cardboard and literally glued on the shirt. It was so horrible. Even when you moved the shirt around, the logo on it the back didn’t flex with the shirt but was one big bulky square. I was so embarrassed and my husband said he couldn’t wear a shirt like that. Needless to say we spend $ 40 per shirt that we won’t ever wear. You are probably wondering why I didn’t call for a refund. The answer is I just didn’t have time or the energy to spend another few weeks trying to meet up with him to return the shirts during his business hours. I won’t be back.

This is a great small business that will get you what ever you need when you need it. T-​shirts, banners, hats you name it, they get it done. They are also very active in the community that always makes it easier to do business with a local shop. 2 thumbs up.

R&R rocks! Great customer service. Even if you are ordering a small number of shirts they treat you like their number one customer. Excellent quality and fast turnaround. Will recommend them to anyone who needs shirts, jerseys, uniforms or any promo products. Not sure what was wrong with the prior reviewer but obviously had a bad hair day or something judging from the language. Go to R&R, you won’t regret it!

I own a PR & Marketing company in Burbank and I’ve been using this tshirt printing company for over a decade to outsource jobs for promotional items, banners, tshirts as well as for graphic design. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and resourceful. I’ve never had an instance where our clients are dissatisfied with the output or quality of products that R&R produces for us. I will continue to use and recommend their services for the longterm. Keep up the good work R & R.

this place is pathetic, rude, inconsiderate. do not waste your time or your money here or you will regret it. Worst customer service I have seen in my life, her kid was running around on the floor and she ignored me and told me «we don’t need customers like you we have too many customer,»…yeah…I can see that when Im the only one in the F***in store. I was gonna order some jerseys and eventually make an $ 800 order for some new uniforms… GOOD JOB R&R you will regret this
