These guys got to be crooks, they called us and we didn’t answer so they faxed us a hand written sheet saying our account was active and we have 100,000 dollars credit. Yea right… I never talked to them, I never signed up with them and I have never used them so creating false accounts for my company isn’t going to get you my business.

Well these crooks stole our house right out from under us! We kept asking for numbers and to see the agreement and he never gave them over and then all of a sudden we got a lease agreement that was so unethical and 1,500 over monthly what he said it would be. We are filing with the federal court and see to it that they just join the long list of real estate crooks in prison. Don’t do business with them! They take advantage of people that they think are «stupid». They will tell you lies and never answer the phone for days and do things behind your back and you will lose your house and life if you don’t stand up to them. Check them out on Facebook, see if that is someone you want to do business with.

I had a chance to work with Greg and Kirill and all I can say is what gentleman they both are and how nice I was treated, and most of all how fast I got the money I needed for my real estate project. I recommend their services to anyone that needs a loan for real estate.

As a real estate investor and agent, I don’t appreciate being given the run around on listings. Spoke to several different people on their main line and none could give me any direct answers. The short sale listing they had went pending 0 days on market and didn’t even have a lock box on the property yet. I know this because I physically drove an hour and a half to the house. Then I couldn’t get any response on making an offer when all of sudden I finally got a hold of their actual listing agent and the property was sold… oh ok. If you ask me that’s not good business. The hard money rates look appealing and may actually be solid, but fishing for leads or whatever may have been done with that listing today was what I would consider to be an unethical business practice.
