I started an account online and was referred to come to a bank location. Pnc bank has a very long wait to see a banker. Arrived at 110 pm on a tuesday afternoon its 152 and Im still waiting to see a banker. Not going to say its a horrible experience but I am not impressed. I left and went to another bank and another location to open an account

I happened to be in the neighborhood on Saturday and had to deposit a couple of checks, so I stopped by here. It was hard to find parking in the lot, and the drive thru line was backed up all the way down the street. People were blocking the parking lot waiting to just get in line for the drive thru. I found parking and walked in, and the line was all the way back to the reception area. I asked if it was free money day, and was told a nearby branch was closed (perhaps due to the storms) and that was the reason for the line.
They speak English and Polish at this location. I think the guy who helped me was a native Polish speaker, his English was only so-​so. But he was friendly.
