I thought about asking them for an estimate, but I always make sure a roofer has an Illinois roofing license before I hire them

Every other contractor, their license came right up.
If they’re cheating on that, why think that they have workmen’s compensation insurance for their men?
Their business address is a house in Burbank that was bought for $ 143,000 in 2012. No wonder their prices are low.
I’d rather hire a contractor that will be able to honor their warranty than hire someone like this.

Nowak did a great job putting a new roof and facing and gutters on our garage, as well as redirecting all our gutters away from the house to avoid flooding. They went the extra mile by completely removing the old roofing down to the wood, repairing any problems with the wood. Also, they put on excellent facing on the garage, improving the appearance. Nowak does not take short cuts like many other contractors, and the price was very competitive with others we contacted. Our garage looks great now. Very happy with their work and fully recommend them. We found them through a neighbor who had his house roof completely replaced.
