History

Established in 2012.

Cindy and Derek Costley became College Planners after they sent two children to college in the same year. Believing that they would not have enough funds, they worked with a college planning company who assisted them with both the financial details and the application process. However there was something missing; a personal touch and focus on the individual needs of each child and the family as a whole. This philosophy has become the cornerstone of National College Planning Solutions’ mission.

Cindy has a degree in Family Environmental Science from California State University, Northridge. She is in the process of obtaining a Certificate in College Counseling at UCLA. Cindy cares about each and every one of her families and students. She promises to be there throughout the entire process, maintaining consistent communication and personal interaction at all times. Cindy is a true professional when it comes to college planning.
