If I could leave no star, I would. Don’t waste your time or money. I admit this review will be a bit graphic. Went in because I had Green and bloody discharge coming from my sinuses. The man that finally called me in after an hour wait asked me to read out loud the criteria of a sinus infection. Since I was only on my 6^th day of congestion he couldn’t do anything for me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Don’t waste your time, and please don’t waste your money.
I had a really terrible experience with the «nurse practitioner» here. I came specifically to get a mononucleosis test as well as a strep test – I have been sick for over 3 weeks. After administering a sloppy dipstick test, she proceeded to deliver my mono test: A PROCEDURE SHE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO. She spent a long time reading the instructions, then pricked my finger and proceeded to fill an entire pipette with blood. As in, she squeezed the little spot on my finger for a good 5 minutes waiting for it to fill up. Once it was full, SHE COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE BLOOD OUT OF THE PIPETTE. As in, I had to tell her (with my little knowledge from High School Chemistry) that she had to put the rubber part on and squeeze it. Oof. Furthermore, she did not clean the bloody area on my finger correctly, did not give me a band-​aid until I asked, and asked me wash my bloody hands in her sink. MY HANDS WERE BLOODY FROM A FINGER PRICK. This visit cost me over $ 140, and did not include other blood tests that would be necessary to diagnose this type of illness. She then proceeded to tell me that the reason I’m not improving is that I don’t take enough OTC medication. Sounds like a good way to sell more crap CVS!
Just don’t go.

every one i saw was very sweet, and i did not wait long before being seen. they listen very well and answer questions thoroughly. i felt much better after 5 days of my first visit, but need to go back (as directed to) to get my ears cleaned out. everything is now so much better, i feel better, and i was very comfortable walking in to this location. i recommend this place for sure!!!

I cant believe this clinic has such high reviews. I went in freaking out and after forking over a copay the doctor told me, point blank, that she didn’t know what my problem was. Yet she then (after consulting a giant reference binder) proceeded to prescribe several medications for very specific problems, «just in case,» as well as recommending a couple OTC options… one if which involved mixing two random medicines together?
Honestly though, that strange housewives’ concoction may have been the most likely to help. I spent a total of over $ 40 on this CVS visit (and that’s SKIPPING the prescriptions) and used absolutely zero of the OTC medications… and the damn thing went away on its own the next morning. It must have just been a bug bite gone horribly wrong.
Talk about flushing money down the toilet…
I feel like this is the sort if place you can go and get your pain killer fix with very little effort, if you’re into that sort of thing.

I had high hopes for this place, it had been recommended by two Facebook friends, plus the above Unilocalers, and the location was convenient, and I needed treatment and antibiotics for the onset of bronchitis FAST. I got there at 2:15pm, and saw a sign that said they were at lunch from 2 – 3, so I went for a stroll and came back right at 3. There was one name on the list ahead of me, he came back at 3:10, but the RNs still hadn’t gotten back from lunch. We both waited another 10 min, and the two lady RN’s strolled in casually, checked the list, and asked the other patient into the office. He was out in 40 min. Then they asked me in and told me a first time visit for the uninsured was $ 89 and up. I said fine. They listened to my chest, checked my ears and made the snap assumption that I wasn’t sick enough for it to be bronchitis, to which I said, «could you check my throat ?», which they then did, and immediately saw that my tonsils were raw and enflamed. Then, perhaps from the tickle of the tongue depressor, I unexpectedly let out a gnarly mucus filled cough, (gross yes, but the timing was perfect) and they instantly agreed I needed antibiotics. And because I am of that lower class of humans that is «the uninsured», one of the nurses, I kid you not, said, «you probably can’t afford the Zpac because that’s $ 50, so I’m going to prescribe you amoxicillin, that’s less than $ 20.» …Now maybe she thought she was doing me a favor, but at no time did I indicate or announce that I couldn’t afford the visit. Pretty tacky eh? I could go on, but you get the gist. Overall, I have to say I felt the RNs were not experienced enough to give a proper and thorough diagnosis, and a bit flip in their approach. When I asked what I should do about a constant nasal drip I’ve been dealing with for the past month that’s cut a deep groove on the inside of my nose, they said, «yeah, what is that?». Um, yeah. I’m asking YOU that nurse lady. That’s part of why I’m here! Anyway needless to say they were no help at all with that. Hopefully the antibiotics will work their magic on all my sinus and bronchial issues. But if I ever need immediate clinic care again, I won’t be going here. And Minute Clinic? think not. More like 85 Minute Clinic.

I don’t know where the other reviewers went… but it must not have been at this facility. I went there based on the recommendations of the reviewers — what a disappointment. Yes, the Nurse Practitioner diagnosed my condition, BUT gave me a MINIMAL dose of antibiotics for my treatment!!! I asked her why I was given only a few days worth of antibiotics and she said condescendingly, «It’s what the CDC recommends for a cure». Now, unfortunately, I’ve had my share of illness and chronic infections. I’m pretty well versed in knowing different antibiotics, what works for me, and the duration of time they are to be administered. I again requested for additional medication and she flat out refused. Then, I attempted to get my prescription filled there (BIG MISTAKE!!) — what a mess! There were tons of people on line and just as many pharmacy staff working behind the counter. Totally disorganized. So, I went to my pharmacist, whom I trust whole heartedly and asked her opinion about the dosage this «Nurse Practiioner» (and I use this term lightly) recommended and she said, normally a week’s worth (AT LEAST) is administered to be sure the infection is gone! She didn’t know why I was only given a 3 day course. So, it was a waste of time going to this clinic — they took my money, I would up having to call my doctor (who was out of the office that day) to get an extension of the «wonderful» 3 day course I was provided! It was more work than I intended when I already felt lousy. Moral of the story — PLEASE stay with your doctor or pharmacist and trust them with their advice and decisions — not a «specialist» at the minute clinic.

Don’t hesitate, just go!
I arrived at the Minute Clinic at 10:30 this morning and even though there were two names on the list ahead of me I only had to wait a little more than 20 minutes to see the nurse. The clinic room was tidy and spotless and the nurse was kind and efficient. I had my prescription and was back home inside of an hour. They’re also open on holidays and weekends. What a sweet secret!
Word to the wise: DO NOT USE THE CVS RESTROOM! Awful. Realllllllly awful.

There was no line when I went there for a UTI. Which was great because there is only one doctor. She was very nice and informative and the whole process was fast and the pharmacy filled my prescription quickly too. Much easler than going to an urgent care facility. They accept most major insurance so I only had to pay my usual copay.
I highly recommend Minute clinics for minor issues.

Ok, so I’m ashamed to say that I don’t have health insurance (living the freelance life) so I’m left to going to State Clinics in the ghettos and other places where I have to wait in line at 5AM to see a doctor who has been handling who knows what… but here, a breath of fresh air.
The people here are very friendly and know their stuff. And what’s nice is that they can give prescriptions and give diagnosis to what ailment you may have, but if the problem is too big then they will definitely send you to a hospital, they sent me away because I had a 3^rd degree burn, but for the diagnosis they told me what to do till I see the doctor.
It’s convenient and the hours aren’t bad 10A — 6:30P.
So if you’re like me and the rest of the uninsured then stop here, but I think you need to have ID and all of that sort to be seen and I don’t think they have a way to file your info.
And just FYI it’s not free like the other clinics so if you do have a job you can still pay a fraction of what you would anywhere else.
