My wife and I were looking for a place to call home for almost 8 months. It really is hard to find a desirable place. When you find one, you want to make sure that it is in the right hands, and that would be in the hands of Mike Pandazos. Mike understands what is expected to happen before it happens so that you will know what is coming ahead of time. He was very knowledgeable in his profession, had a very fast timely response manner and most important of all he had a very good follow through. Mike doesn’t only do his job, he makes sure that whoever else is responsible to make the deal happen does what they need to as well on their end. I would highly recommend Mike Pandazos to anyone looking for a Real Estate Professional. We were a first time home buyer and he made us comfortable through the whole process. When I first met Mike about a year ago, I wasn’t quite ready to buy a house yet, but he still walked me through the process of getting a pre-​approval letter to prepare me to put offers in. I had a lot of questions because I didn’t know anything about the home buying process. I didn’t even know what «escrow» is. I sensed his sincere patience with me as he answers all my questions thoroughly… and I had lots of questions! He is very personable and easy going, and I didn’t feel hesitant to repeat asking the same questions just to clear my confusion. I stopped my home search for 6 months due to personal reasons. When I actively looked again, I ended up working with two different loan officers, but they were unable to process my loan because of some challenge interpreting my actual pay. I was in the middle of an offer that I had a really good chance of getting accepted, but no lender. I thought that I would just need to back out and would never ever open escrow. I told my realtor that I wanted to try one last thing. That’s when I decided to reach out to Mike again. I explained to him what’s going on. He reviewed my file and said, I am really confident I will close this deal for you. I had high stress at that time, but his statement gave me hope. We closed escrow even earlier than expected yesterday. Now I have a place to call home. Thanks to Mike and his hard work. He also opened his office on Saturdays for me a couple times, to meet in person and during the signing of the closing documents. I highly recommend him to anyone. He was very professional, and replied to my emails/​texts right away. He is truly a blessing, and the best at what he does.

Mike was always there for me, to answer all my questions no matter how late in the day. As a first time home buyer it was very stressful. But Mike made everything very easy and simple for me to understand. I would definitely use him for my next loan.
