We just closed on a home with Efi Demirchyan at Media West! She is ABSOLUTELY the BEST realtor out there! Efi dedicates so much energy and time in ALL aspects of purchasing a home. She is there with you from A to Z. We looked for over 5 months and Efi never gave up! She put us on her MLS list and edited the features we were looking for throughout the process. We would «heart» our favorites and Efi was always on it to contact the listing agents and get the 411. Efi is very prompt in answering phone calls and emails. She is VERY VERY knowledgeable about the real estate field. She is the most hardworking person I have EVER met! And she is just so pleasant to work with while looking for a home. She NEVER gives up! The listing agent for the home we purchased was horrible. She would have numerous mistakes in the contract and Efi was there to catch the mistakes and make sure the listing agent performed her duties. We love Efi and HIGHLY recommend her. Efi Demirchyan is an amazing realtor! She is an absolute go-​getter and listens to all your wants and needs. After going through many realtors to find someone to show us properties all throughout LA County; Efi was the only one who actually cared more about finding a home my family would be happy in rather than just looking forward to a paycheck. Looking for a home was incredibly stressful under the strict timeframe we had. I was in a position where I needed to see more than 10 houses a day sometimes and Efi had no problem arranging all the houses to be seen and would happily show us all of them. After we finally found the right house for my family of six, Efi helped us secure the deal. She’s a delight to work with and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. She’s very professional and prompt at answering phone calls and emails; she always kept us updated throughout the entire process.

John was awesome throughout the whole process. He looked at about 100 places with me it seemed like. He was straightforward with concerns and comments, even when those might steer me away from bidding, and when I finally found a place I liked, he helped navigate what could have become contentious back and forth on the asking price vs. my bidding price. In the end, escrow went smoothly. He was attentive to detail and made sure I knew exactly what was going on and what holdups to expect, and I now have my first home!

John was amazing. We had the most difficult transaction ever with a Short Sale purchase. John wasn’t afraid to show us the home despite knowing all the trouble he’d be inflicting unto himself. Although very trying at times, John was our rock when we weren’t sure if the transaction was actually going to happen or not. He was amazing. He made sure we had every angle covered, made sure we were protected, and made sure to get us into our dream home! If you need an agent, you have to let John work for you!

We used Bryan to sell our house in the Magnolia Park area of Burbank. We sold our house in 1 day with multiple offers. I have got to say that Bryan made it a smooth transaction. To this day our house holds the record for the highest selling price in the Magnolia Park area. A lot of that was due to Byran’s effort. We have used Bryan again to buy us a beach house in Carpinteria and we currently live in Georgia. Bryan did all the leg work and negotiation to get us the unit 15% below the asking price. We will definitely use Bryan on our next California purchase
