Did not like the product delivered by this company. I found that in the time that the service was rendered, the floor sustained damage that could not be repaired. Trying to sell something is a lot different than try to offer a product to the customer that will stay with them for a long time.
Kinda disappointed because I paid out a good amount to place flooring in the location and now to have it go down the dumps is awful.
He does try to bring in people to repair it but then says, let’s do ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ repairs. No your product, you pay for the damage.

STAY AWAY FROM LR Floors. He showed me one carpet sample and color and installed a different color and horrible carpet, that 5 months later is still shedding so much the fibers fill a vacuum bag in each room, each time the carpet is vacuumed. The installation was inferior, the carpet is cut crooked in places, shows the seams, carpet is cut too far away from the wall in places. The color and style number on his invoice is different from the color and style he ordered from Mohawk carpet company and I have that verified by Mohawk in writing. He did not try to rectify the problems. He didn’t return my phone calls. I had to file a claim against his bond. He does not carry workman’s comp so if the installers he sends into your house get hurt they will file against your insurance. The pickup truck they drove was their personal pickup with no company name on it. My 1−½ year old carpet had to be replaced because of a flood. Luis claimed the quality of the carpet he showed me and installed was far better quality then the carpet that was being replaced. That was not true. This carpet 5 months old looks like it is 5 years old. It is horrible. I live alone and have no pets. He did not tell me the truth. He did not back up his warranty. I was the Victim of bate and switch. Mohawk Carpet company almost refuses to talk to the customer. They told me to talk to Victory Carpets where the carpet was ordered from. Luis’ company is LR Floors. I never had any contact with this Victory Carpets, I do not know who they are. If he’s LR Floors why didn’t he order the carpet? Bad service, bad installation, substandard carpet that was over priced, The installer broke a bookcase, they did the installation of the carpet in 4 hours less then the carpet they were replacing, there are different dye lots in the rooms, so the wall-​to-​wall carpet is not the same color. At the hall where there is wood floor whatever his installers did made the floor squeak when walked on. The floor did not squeak before his men were here. The strip they put to hide the seam between the floor and the carpet came up in 3 days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM YOU WILL REGRET IT AS I DO.

I used LR for laminate on the first floor and carpet upstairs. They did a great job with the installation, Luis the owner is very knowledgeable when it comes to floor selection and installation and his prices are very competitive. I called Empire before I found LR Floors and I was amazed at the amount of money I saved with LR.
I highly recommend them and I would use them again.

LR Floors did an amazing job with my carpet installation and flooring installation. They were clean, professional, and reliable. Also, their flooring prices are extremely competitive. Would recommend for both small and large jobs.
