We had given up on car services and were leaving a car at the airport until we stumbled upon Michael. Now it is the only way we will get to LAX, a concert or anywhere that we don’t want to drive.
MIchael the owner is professional, pleasant, and reliable. Prices are fair, cars are clean and comfortable.

As usual, Unilocal didn’t let me down. The second I called I knew this was going to be who we used. Super, super friendly!!! Driver was on time, car was very clean and ee got to LAX at the perfect time; no stress! They even upgraded our car which was beyond exceptional and we did need the extra space. I am bookmarking them and will use and recommend for all of our travels! Thank you!

Great car service. I definitely recommend them. Michael, the owner, is easy to deal with and very professional. They show up on time and have always gotten us to where we needed to go and back right on time. And the cars are clean and very impressive, especially this last car my wife and I were picked in, the latest Lincoln. Very luxurious. A great ride, great service, and professional management.

Couldn’t be happier with their service — called mid-​afternoon for a car to take my daughter from La Canada, through Beverly Hills to pick up a friend, then to the beach for graduation party. Their rate was very reasonable and confirmed within an hour. The driver showed up early, and spent time to clean the already spotless new TownCar — he couldn’t have been nicer or more polite. They absolutely will be my go-​to company when I need rides to the airport or other in-​town transit.

Great company/​owner and service. You couldn’t ask for anything more. I had been using taxi-​cabs for most of my airport needs but never again. I’ve used this company 3 times now during the month of April, and Michael, the owner has been on point each time. Arriving early to each scheduled appointment, text message replies to confirm or answer any of my questions, plus a very nice/​clean car that’s stocked with magazines and water. What more could you ask for?! Also, the one time I needed a pick up at LAX, he was there waiting at the baggage terminal with a luggage cart already paid for and in hand. Top shelf service and company — you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service & would highly recommend to everyone! Have used them twice already for sedan service (technically 4 times since both times were r/​t pickup & return from LAX). Last time we booked the day before our trip & they said «no problem at all!» Both times we had Michael as our driver & he was very nice, punctual, professional & got us to and from the airport safely and on time. Car was always clean with bottles of water and magazines to read. They coordinate with you for airport pick-​ups beforehand to find out if you want to be met inside the terminal with a sign or outside at the curb. We always do curbside and just call the driver when we’ve gotten our bags. They actually have called us both times when our plane landed to say, «we saw you just landed, we’re here on site… just keep us posted when you’re ready». Talk about efficient! Can’t say enough great things about them… see for yourself and give them a try!

Absolutely unreliable! These reviews must be planted from the owners or friends because 55 minutes before my pick up the guy calls me an says his car broke down and «…sorry. It’s my only car».

I didn’t buy his bullshit excuse. He is a small solo driver who didn’t feel like doing the commute for me and calls last minute to cancel.
Never again and please don’t try to save a buck by using them! You’ll get screwed! Pay a bit more an go with a company that actually has a dispatch service!

Michael, the driver, was fantastic, courteous and professional. He was flexible and was able to make a couple of pit stops without a problem. He was punctual and easily accessible.

I have to be honest this is not a 5 stars limo company. When I called to book, I had a very hard time understanding the guy who picked up. During the actual pick up, the car was not by my house, when I called he said that he is there (even though he wasn’t) then I saw him drive by a min later. The car looked good from outside but was dirty in the inside. Next to me, on the back seat of the driver, there was a big empty bottle of water, on the floor, there was a pen and dirt. I would prob not use this company again.

There on time to pick me up, had water in the back of the car which was great, and got me home timely. We had to maneuver around the traffic which took me longer to get home than anticipated – but that is no ones fault. All and all, I would definitely use again and recommend.

Fantastic service.
I called (from Chicago) to book a car to pick up my father in Burbank and take him to the Burbank airport. For the low price they quoted me, I expected them to send a share-​ride, but they sent a town car and my dad was the only passenger!
They showed up ten minutes early and were very courteous. I was able to pre-​pay over the phone, and I appreciated that they didn’t charge my card until services were rendered.
I will definitely use this company again the next time I need to send a car to pick up guests!

I had some guests comign into town and wanted to have a car service to drop us off at the restaurant and then pick us back up after having a long night out partying. Tony showed up early and patiently waited out front for the ladies to get finished.
Dropped off at the SLS from Redondo Beach, ate at The Bazaar, cabbed it over to Hollywood, and then was picked up at the nightclub. The driver was very accommodating and handled the simple evening professionally and smoothly.
Dropped us off, paid out, and slept it off. It was nice to get a car service for the same price as a cab would have cost for the drive. Just make sure you take car of your driver.

After several disappointing experiences with different airport town car services in the greater Los Angeles area, I was about ready to give up on the search for a reliable service. Then, I happened to find LA LAX Limousine — which changed my perception of town car services.
Their price was extremely competitive — lower than all of the other services I’ve used, including taxis — and the service is outstanding. The driver was at the airport, as promised, when I arrived to the baggage claim level at LAX. The driver looked and acted professional and his vehicle was spotless and smelled fresh. There were bottles of water and some magazines in the back seat and the ride was quick and comfortable.
I definitely have found my choice for airport town car service and can’t recommend it highly enough!
