Judith Brown-Williams – State Farm Insurance Agent

I was with Judith for over 10 years. She was really amazing at first, I sent many of my family members and friends to her. I had been with State farm since I was 16 years old and am now 42. I finally left last year for Travelers mainly because State Farm wouldn’t cover our house due to the fact that it is in a high fire area. That didn’t really bother me. What did bother me is the fact that after all of that time I had never had an auto accident that was my fault. When I finally did, my rates went up considerably. I understand State Farm has policies, but it seems they also don’t seem to care much about loyalty from their customers. As far as how that came down to Judith, in the last years I was with her, she was often short and would talk over me on phone calls. She’s not good with dealing with customers frustration. She seemed to have adopted the corporate mentality towards customer service. She had little consideration or care for the fact that I took all my business somewhere else after 26 years of being with State Farm. Disappointed.

Judith has been around for 30 years in the insurance business and the rates she offers are the best in town. If you are looking for good insurance that covers you if your in a bad situation go to Judith and she will offer you the best help you can get.

Judith is highly recommended! She always answers all my questions personally. I have been with her for 10 years and she always takes the time to handle my concerns.

Judith has been our agent for nearly as long as we’ve lived in California (since 1984). She is the absolute best. There’s never been a problem she couldn’t handle quickly and professionally. We’ve never even considered another insurance company precisely because we appreciate Judith so much.

Worst customer service ever. Judith was never able to answer my questions and was extremely rude whenever I had a question.
