Jett Travel’s original office was in the northside of Chicago on Irving Park Rd and Western Ave. We have served our community and eventually grown into a top airfare consolidator (wholesaler) to the Middle East and Europe. Our call center is now located in the South Side of Chicago and our agents speak arabic and english.

Just booked our trip to Thailand here and I must say I really appreciate Ahmed’s expertise. He sat down with me and my husband face to face and did all of the research for us. I feel that you can’t get this type of service when booking online and it really is something we wanted help with especially since we are flying to the opposite side of the world. He even provided us with an itinerary of things to do and how to get around from our hotels in Bangkok and Phuket while we are there. Very happy with Jett Travel overall and recommend to everyone.

First post on Unilocal will start with my favorite travel agency! There’s so many things I love about this agency. My fiancé and I are in a long distance relationship at this time (unfortunately) and Jett travel always finds me the best rates with amazing customer service. It feels like a family owned agency because you feel like they really care about you and are always in your best interest. I frequently fly to LA from Chicago and some other places (Cancun, Jamaica etc) for vacation and Ahmed my agent has always gotten me the best price hands down (I’ve checked around) with making me feel like a priority every time. Definitely definitely recommend them if your looking to travel especially with accommodations or packages!!!
