Jamba Juice

Hours: 7am-​7pm,
Summer Hours are extended till: 8pm.
They are located in Pavillions in the floral department to the left of the store. Its a small Jamba, but the workers are nice. Its a little slow because they are short staffed, but they all work really hard. I’m only writing this review because when I tried to go on Unilocal to find their phone number or hours, it wasn’t listed. So I went in and just asked for their hours. I am still unsure of their direct phone line. Do not call Pavillions and ask, because they know nothing.
Hope that helps others looking for hours. Oh and punch your Vons card in, because the 7^th (maybe 8^th) smoothie is free. :)

Note… this Jamba Juice is inside Pavilions Market and there is very little in the way of signage to indicate that. I almost missed it. The service was really fast and friendly.

I’m apart of the Jamba club and get emails for discounts & coupons. When I went to redeem a coupon at this location, I was turned down because this Jamba is «owned by the supermarket». Whatever.

Typical Jamba Juice, except they don’t serve baked goods since they’re inside the supermarket. There’s another Jamba a few miles away, I most likely won’t be back.

This is one of my favorite Jamba Juice I have been to so far because of Pavillion/​Vons special deal and great customer service there!
Very quick service which I love! Also, Pavillion offers Buy 7 Get 8^th Free for the Jumba Juice as long as you use your Vons card. =)

Had a wonderful experience today at Jamba Juice, even though the line was a bit long due to only one person both taking orders and making drinks, the lady that took our order was courteous, and very helpful. She was well informed as to the different ingredients in various drinks/products.She made the experience a lot better with her positive attitude and great work ethic. Will definitely come back again.

I was specifically looking for the Jamba Juice at this location because I was in the neighborhood, and this is one of two in the area. It’s impossible to find because there are no signs indicating that the Jamba Juice is actually INSIDE Pavilions, and not just in the area where the Pavilions is.
I was in there on a Tuesday afternoon to get a quick lunch. Unfortunately, it wasn’t quick, and they don’t really honor any of the promotions that a regular Jamba Juice store offers. Plus, the woman that took my order not only got it wrong, but she worked at a snail’s pace to get it to me, even when there were several people standing patiently in line.
I just can’t see how anyone would choose to go here unless they were at Pavilions and already shopping, and it might seem convenient, but the wait time and service don’t make it worth it. If you’re in Pavilions and looking for something to eat, go to Panda Express (also in Pavilions). If you’re trying to eat healthy, just pay for a fruit and eat it.

I’m glad there’s a Jamba Juice here. I can pickup my JJ and get to grocery shopping. I feel more relaxed when shopping with a JJ in hand. I came in during the week non-​rush hour and was waiting for awhile. The woman in front of me had already ordered when i arrived and she had been waiting for a bit when I arrived. Luckily, when I placed my order he was lightning fast to make my drink and get me on my way.
Unfortunately, he was the only on there at the JJ. He was nice even though he was busy cranking out all these drinks, taking orders and answering phones. My drink tasted great and was well worth the wait-​Strawberry Surf Rider. Oh and what made me even happier is they now accept JJ gift cards at this location. Gotta love that.

I like the final product of this place for sure, but it takes a while to get and to get it right. I think every time I come to this location in Pavilions they really mess up my order. For instance today, I ordered a power berry with added banana and an original berry and they handed me a original berry and a small berry — neither with bananas. Crazy thing is, there was no one in front of me, and no one behind me in line — so how did they forget what i ordered? Last time i went, my bf ordered a power size and the server only filled it about ¾ full and asked is that ok? Of course it wasn’t ok, if he wanted a original size he would’ve paid less. To top it all off they are so slow that you could probably go grocery shopping and be finished before you get your smoothie.

I was so happy when this JJ opened up in the Pavilions because of the convenient location with plentiful parking. I can shop for office supplies at Staples, pick up some pet food from Pet Plaza, and then head next door into Pavilions for Panda Express and Jamba Juice.
Today was the second time I got JJ from this location. Both times I went in the late afternoon, around 4 pm, and there was only one person ahead of me. The staff was super nice. I got the «power» size, and because all the juice didn’t fit into the container, they got a second smaller cup to give me the rest. That was the first time any JJ has done this for me. Usually, they take the remainder and either dump it or pour it into a cup for themselves to drink on the sly.
I agree with the other reviewer that the staff doesn’t have it together yet. There were 3 people working when I went, and they didn’t have a good system down yet. It was obvious that no one was really experienced, but I didn’t care because they were really nice people, and my smoothie was great. Hopefully all the kinks will work themselves out over time.
One other thing to know: if you have a Vons or Pavilions card, be sure to show it to them. After buying 7 JJs, you get one free.

While I love Jamba Juice, and the product that comes from them, including this store… this location needs alot of help.
Located inside of the Pavilions grocery store, this place just opened, and it shows. Saturday afternoon (its hot outside) this location had 2 employees. One that did everything, and one that was busy stocking straws, and cleaning dishes. So a customer would order, and then the cashier would turn around make their drink, and move on to the next customer. Sounds like it might work… well it doesn’t.
Most locations of jamba juice at this time of the day, with the weather being perfect for a frozen smoothie would have about 6 – 8 employees working. Thats for a reason. Making a smoothie takes some time. So I had 4 people in front of me. I waited 30 mins (or more) till I got my drink. 30 MINS!!! I could of bought fruit, walked home, and made my own! The line was about 10 people deep, and thats not including the people that got tired of waiting, or saw the line and decided not to wait.
This place better get it together, and whoever is managing this place needs to be fired.
Poorly managed, under staffed, and horrible time management of the two employes they did have working. I will update this review over time, but how it stands now, be prepared to be annoyed. The lady behind me was just as angry as me. Great first impression!
I only gave it 2 stars because the product is perfect, but the price it takes to get it, well its not worth it. Yet.
