Friendly service, delicious burgers, fresh cut fries, and thick and creamy milkshakes! It’s fast food to be sure, but it’s exactly what I need when I travel to LA!

I love this chain and this location can get super busy! Sometimes the drive through lane goes all the way to the street. The line move pretty fast and the food is always awesome! The best burgers in town!

Love in-n-out! This location is great. The line can get a bit long! But everyone, here, always has a smile on their face.

Great burger place even though there is always a huge line but they have consistently have had great burgers regardless of the demand.

After a night at the Burbank Bar and grille we decided to go to In & Out for a double double animal style and a neopolitan shake! They were amazing which they usually are BUT the kid taking our order outside was the main reason this review is going up because he was just so fun & attentive. He had a great personality & I wish I would have taken his name… Definitely a 5 star place for me!

It’s In-N-Out. Enough said. Or as Liz Lemon would put it, «I want to go to there.» Short but sweet, yet Unilocal wants more… it’s a convenient location next to a Jersey Mike’s that doesn’t have moronic employees(see my review of Beverly Hills). Also next to El Pollo Loco if you want some chicken. Seriously though, it’s an efficiently-run location that gets you in and out They handle the rushes well, and they are by far the fast food place that gets your order right almost every time.

They make the best burgers on earth. California has the best of everything. The bun has a little bit of a crunch and tastes buttery. Beef was very beefy and fresh.

I can always count on In-N-Out to give me the same burger I’ve had for years. (+) Good meat — vegetable — bun ratio: Plenty of vegetables to compliment the thick toasted buns(bread with good spring when pressed). I wish the meat was slightly thicker, but it’s never been a problem. (+) Great secret menus and amazing prices. (+) Friendly service, clean kitchen, restroom and staff. (- /+) Soggy fries if you’re taking it to-go, but they are freshly cut, crispy and fried to order when eaten on the spot. Slightly salty, but great with pepper.

Usually when I come here, everything is so incredible. For some reason today, my fries were over-salted and my grilled cheese VEGETARIAN burger had a chunk of burger in it. I’m a vegetarian and found myself in tears having a piece of meat in my mouth. I was given a rush job however the line was moving very fast, so I do give them props for that. But quality is what was really lacking. Very disappointed with my visit today.

Burger to salty, fries great as usual but cold, saw them set aside 5 minutes before I got them. Ordered a chocolate shake, was toooooo sweet and not much chocolate taste. They offered to add syrup from machine but wouldn’t be able to mix. «No thanks» Like the one on Lankershime better. Also faster there than here.

I love In-N– Out Burger! Yum This is a great bargain for a delicious lunch. My hubby and I had burgers, fries and iced tea for under 15 bucks for the 2 of us, appx. 7.00 each for lunch. I guess that’s why it’s so popular. We came here on Super Bowl day, and it was less crowded than the last time we were here. There’s always a line at every In-N-Out, and the parking can be a bit tricky at this location. I’ve never used the drive through at this location. I ordered a cheeseburger, he got double double, and we split fries, animal style. This was delicious! However, for me, the animal style fries are too gooey, the crispiness of the fries gets sogged down with all the cheese and sauce. I’ll order regular fries next time and maybe get sauce on the side. The burgers are always yummy. If you say yes to onion, they give you a huge slab of onion slice, I prefer just a few rings. They are crispy onions though, and add a lot to the taste of the burgers. I love that everything is so fresh, my sandwich had lots of crispy iceberg lettuce, tomato and Thousand Island type sauce. It’s really good. You get unlimited refills on drinks. Ketchup and hot peppers are available at the little station in the middle of the dining area. They’re yummy hot peppers, and very hot! Outdoor dining is available, but they need to plant a couple trees out there. It’s way too sunny on a hot day to eat your food in the sun. Workers in the dining area keep the place nice and clean, at least they were doing a great job on Sunday. And the workers in the cooking and serving area are always nice, very efficient, and they get the food out quickly! I’m amazed. The pace at this location is the fastest in the area for order to serving time, the one on Lankershim I think is the slowest. If you’ve never been to In-N-Out you are in for a treat.

This location is clean and the staff are always friendly. The only problem is that about 30% of the time our order is wrong. For instance: we like to order things Protein-style and we wind up with a bun. We order Well Done fries no salt, then get regular fries. We ask for grilled onions and wind up with raw or none. Last night I spent 20 minutes in the drive through, it was dark, so I didn’t see the hamburger with a bun in the bag. I didn’t know the fries were wrong until I tasted them. At this point the line was 20 cars deep and the lines so long inside that I just went home. Their 1 – 800 number customer service was prompt and friendly. The order slip was right, so the problem seems to be in the kitchen.

4 by meat, ketchup and mustard, w/chopped chilies animal style, protein wrap. YUMMY!!! I’ve been going here for years and they do not disappoint. Yes the lines do get long, but come on, it’s In-N-Out for goodness sakes! Just be ready with your order when they take it so that everyone’s not waiting an extra 5 minutes because you can’t figure out it if you want animal fries or cheese fries. Thanks!

II usually don’t have negative things to say about this location, and I do understand everyone has a bad day, but In N Out is an establishment that consistently has on — point service. Last night was one of the rudest encounters I’ve had with an employee there via Drive Thru. The employee Ariel clearly did not want to be there taking orders and he wasn’t too shy on coming off that way. Condescending and difficult to engage with, he made the ordering experience very unpleasant. Perhaps on off-nights like those employees should be able to do duties involved less with customer service. In the end, our orders were not even denoted correctly and the service was the worst I’ve ever had at In N Out.

When in LA… I live in the midwest, far away from this chain. It’s a sin, really… besides Coffee Bean, they need to expand as well. But, when I’m visiting out west, this place is a MUST. In-N-Out isn’t the BESTEVER but it’s totally worth going, or at least trying… I even like the fries, which are nothing really special. We stopped in late afternoon and this place was slammed… it was a HOT day, like high 90s but after realizing we weren’t going to find a seat indoors, we opted to eat outside. The table was in the shade so it was totally fine. For the place being packed, the wait was minimal… after I filled up my drink, my meal was ready for me. I just love this place!

We go to a fast-food restaurant rarely, maybe 1 – 2 times a year. Usually we go to In-N-Out with visitors from out of town who are curious about it. That’s one time every 2 – 3 years? I think the place is overrated. I hate the atmosphere, it’s always crazy and busy. This location is small, there’s limited seating inside. There’s plenty of parking outside, so that’s a plus. The burgers– we got cheeseburgers, that’s the best thing about this place. Tasty, decent, cheap. But nothing to write home about. The milkshake is OK, we got the chocolate one. OK fountain selection, I got the pink lemonade, didn’t love it, kinda mediocre. The fries– yes, I know they’re supposed to be natural, better, but I was never a fan, they’re limp, not crispy enough for me, always kinda cold(in general, their food is not warm enough, far from hot, you surely won’t burn your tongue here). This time we tried their animal style fries(with melted cheese, Thousand Island dressing and barely any grilled onions), it’s not on their main menu, you have to know about it to order it. We shared a portion, pretty small for 2 people(around $ 3 something), once again, didn’t get the hype. Nothing great about it, the fries were kinda cold. Yes, you can get a cheaper meal here, I guess the food is better for you, but it’s not fast. It takes forever to get your food. I don’t like eating in a place where there’s so much yelling and number calling. That’s just me.

It took a while to figure out how I like my burger, but I could never get sick of this place. I always get my burger animal style, extra pickles, chopped chiles, and added whole grilled onion with the meat well done(you can ask for the bread well done if you want the bread to have similar texture to toast!). My hubby and I always get our fries well done and plain– I am a ketchup kind of girl. :) This place is always super packed, but they manage to keep their cool and plug out the orders.

No problems here. I thought the drive through was a little confusing — figuring out how to get to it from the parking lot. It’s a pretty convenient location if you’re shopping in Burbank. Friendly employees. The drive through seems to go quickly. No problems with the food or getting my order correct. I almost always get the #1 Yummy!

Love In N Out … I have nothing bad to say. I’ve never had a bad experience at In N Out. I know what I’m getting and it’s consistent no matter the location. :) For vegetarians like myself may I suggest the grilled cheese with fresh onions.

We love these burgers! Can’t go wrong with fresh ingredients. Limited menu but everything is tasty! This location gets crowded but the line moves fast! Outside seating too! Clean dinning area and bathrooms. Plenty of parking.
