You, sir, are a flat out liar.
I tried to contact you privately to resolve the problem I had with you. You never reponded. You only did so after I posted on Unilocal.First you were condescending. Then you begged me to removed the comment. And now you are lying. I ended up having to block you, but now I notice your nasty message. When I first came to your shop, I wished you well. In the end, I paid you. My computer still did not work and you are harassing me for repeating my experience, even though I tried to contact you privately to resolve it, several times.
For the record, a message you sent me eight months ago, verbatim. Are you going to lie about this too? You sure don’t seem very sorry now. I am not sure who the boyfriend is you are talking about. I took care of all of this on my own. Just wish you spent as much time playing Nancy Drew as you spend answering calls. Again, I tried to tend to this privately. Perhaps your fake reviews will keep you going.
I get it. Your way of dealing with a negative review is to lie and to besmirch your client. For the record, I would have never posted your message had you not written such nastiness about me. BTW, I think I have a right to review a company i played fair with. I paid for the repair. I called when my computer was messed up again and never got a response until I reviewed you on Unilocal.

I was referred to Hypernerd by a friend a year ago when my PC went down. I left a message but did not receive a call back until 5 days later. By then I had taken it somewhere else to be fixed.
My computer had problems again last week so I thought I would try them again. Emailed and called and left a message. No return call or email — nothing.
Needless to say I will not be trying them again.

I popped in with a quick problem and they helped me immediately. They were very good & kind and I would happily go back there again.

HyperNerd was awesome, by this I mean the staff was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They helped me out with my computer problems and did so quickly and cheaply. I will definitely give them my business again, great work guys!

Hypernerd is a life saver. I own a mac and a PC, and everytime there is an issue with my computer/​internet connection, I have a tendency to try and fix it myself thus makeing the issue worse. The past 3 times this has happened, we have called Hypernerd and Adam came within a day or so and fixed the problem, quickly and inexpensively. Adam also talked me through what he did to solve the problem so that I didn’t make the same mistake again. He was patient and answered all my questions. If you need help with your computer then I definitely recommend using Hypernerd.

I agree amazing service price was right in my budget. I was first contacted by Adam I told him what I was told from the help desk at Hewlett Packard we set up an appointment for a technician to my house. Adam also set a price range with me so I knew what to expect .We had the pleasure to meet with Xavier he showed up nicely dressed which is important in my book and on time (he was actually early)
Xavier told us in a short time what our options were to fix our computer he did not try to sell us on anything .He gave us a list of different brands of the wireless adapters we needed and told us not to be pushed into buying anything more then what he wrote down he answered all my questions and I had a few am not even close to being computer smart and he didn’t make me fill stupid for asking the questions I did.
Well Xavier made my daughters night we went over to Best Buy bought one of the Adapters that he listed did what he told us to do and my daughters computer is running again after 8 months of not working.
We are not computer savvy and it was nice to get honest help and not have someone screw us over which he could of easily done .I will hire them again.

This was an incredibly knowledgeable staff. I had issues setting up a small network at my house, and Hypernerd came in and had it done in no time. The rates were reasonable and the service tech was GREAT at explaining to me what he was doing. I’ve recommended the company to a few friends and businesses and they’ve all come back to me with a resounding «Thank you!»
