Love my PCP, Dr Sammy… office staff is helpful but you usually play hurry up and hold. Amy who does my INR monthly great gal as are the people in the anticoagulation clinic. I like using the computer system to be able to contact my PCP and obtain prescription refills. Less time wasted on the phone. The turn around time is less than 24 hours.
One big complaint is the speciality referrals… not to my Orthopedic, or Oncologist, but their choices for other referrals make you wonder if they really do care about their patients or find facilities or marginal practitioners to see their patients In Order to make a buck… not remembering an ounce of prevention is worth more then the cure when something goes wrong.

I moved from Lakeside Medical Group to Healthcare Partners to have Dr. Gitte Bloom as my son’s pediatrician. She is a delight! Love her nurses who always remember us and treat us with respect and kindness. I also see Jose Medrano as an OBGYN who will be delivering our second baby in November! My primary was Dr. Wing who has since retired, but I look forward to seeing any of the other Dr. s there as I LOVE Healthcare Partners.

If you have Healthcare Partners you are in for a rough ride. There staff probably write their positive reviews. They are the worst. Their providers are overbooked. When you call to report the long wait for services the staff are rude and hang up on you. They are the absolute worst. Look elsewhere.

I decided to switch to HealthCare Partners based on the service we receive when I bring my son to his pediatrician and the simple fact I like the idea of the two of us being with the same group and our appointments being at the same office.
I scheduled my annual physical with Dr. Ther Hacopian and could not have been more pleased. When switching to a new medical group and a new doctor, things can be a bit nerve wrecking — not here, not at all!
I arrived a few minutes late because it’s been the first time I didn’t find parking under the building, so I parked in the normal patient lot located directly across the street.
I had my new patient forms mailed to me so I wouldn’t have to deal with filling them out before my appointment.
Service is great all around with each and every associate you encounter. Everyone is nice, friendly and welcoming which really ensures a comfortable visit.
Dr. Ther Hacopian is a delight and very thorough. She proactively addressed and answered all of my questions.
They also do blood work on site, although I had an afternoon appointment and hadn’t fasted I will return to do this here.
I highly recommend this office and have since passed on Dr Ther Hacopian’s business card to one of my girlfriends.

We have been going to HealthCare Partners in Burbank since following our doctor, and our son’s doctor, from Lakeside. The staff and doctors have always been super helpful and always make sure that we are taken care of. Dr. Ther Hacopian and Dr. Bloom have become a part of our family over the past 6 years.

I called 5 places looking for a pediatrician to see my daughter the same day. All were top on Unilocal for Burbank and I was put on hold repeatedly and was treated rudely etc. I called to schedule with Dr. Bloom and was greeted my a friendly person who actually sounded concerned about my daughter. We were seen 2 hours later and only waited 5 min at most in waiting room. Dr Bloom took her time and made us feel comfortable. The receptionist even asked how my daughter was when we came out of the room. This place is clean, proffessional and friendly. 6 stars if they had them.
