Diana was extremely helpful, educated, friendly, and I enjoyed the process of having my taxes done. I highly recommend her for people like us who just just need some professional advice and a helping hand with the confusing world of taxes. I easily made an appointment online and Diana was ready to go as soon as we got there. Very pleased with my experience with H&R Block and Andrea. She was friendly, courteous, quick, and gave me good advice on how to better monitor my expenses throughout the year, especially when certain items can be tax deductible. I plan on using Andrea again and in the future. I will also send her all the referrals I can.

I made an appointment online, and stopped in to see Andrea. I just wanted them to double check the amount I owed that I had calculated. She reviewed it, checked it, and explained a lot of things to me about my forms and information. In the end, I didn’t have them prepare the forms so they didn’t charge me anything. Very helpful and friendly!
