George Grigorian Photography

George Grigorian is THE professional of professionals when it comes to pole photography… err…poleography.
Just to give you an idea of how much I appreciate his work, his work is my profile picture on Unilocal :)
George is very, VERY patient and very good at giving direction so that you don’t have to figure out your best angles (which really helps an awkward, non-​photogenic geek like me). He is very well known and respected in the pole community so you’ll pretty much see him capturing the magic in frames at just about every pole competition. In other words, he’s good at getting fantastic shots in action, so feel free to dance and spin away because it will probably translate into an amazing picture in George’s capable hands!
In short, he knows what he’s doing. Pole selfies are great for social media, but when you want something special once in a while to really show off and look professional… George is your man!!!
Oh and pssstt… he does burlesque shoots too.

When I found out that my pole dance studio was gonna have pole photography shoot day, I was super excited! I signed up right away for a one-​hour shoot.
It was really easy working with George from the gecko. I had a lot of questions… what, when, where, how… details! George was so patient with me and took his time to clarify everything and anything regarding the shoot. We must’ve exchanged emails back and forth for a few days. When I met him on the actual shoot date, we had an instant rapport with each other. He made the entire shoot comfortable, easy and he even made me laugh at times.
The studio’s owner Rashida, along with George’s assistant helped prop me on the pole for the shoot. Dancing with the pole is completely different than posing for pics on the pole. And it didn’t help that I was under spotlights and had to keep inverting over and over again to capture the right shot. George must’ve taken several hundred photos during that one-​hour timeframe. I also ended up changing 5 times.
George and I have became great friends since the shoot. He is fantastic, creative passionate photographer and the best in the field. He has shot at so many different pole studios across LA and I highly recommend him to anyone interested in pole photography.

I have a pole dancing studio, and I’ve had over 5 different photo shoots with different photographers and I was never satisfied with there work nor there customer service. When George did my first photo shoot I was amazed he was so professional and his customer service skills was out the roof. Everyone does not have a good eye for a great picture George has that eye! George photographed my stained glass work which is not an
easy task. Photographing glass takes special expertise and
George got it just right, not to mention his professionalism.
He is really an artist at what he does and takes pride in

George is a great photographer. Super professional and can handle a lady showing her lady parts in a lil tiny itsy bitsy bikini. haha
He also does great edit work on his photos.

George takes amazingly beautiful photographs of pole dancers. But aside from that, he is a genuinely kind, very professional guy who will make you feel beautiful, comfortable and at ease infront of the camera.
