I do not recommend this Law firm at all!
E Scoot Clark, talks a lot until he scam you of Retainer fee of $ 7,000.00 with no Court appearance And poor Customer Service from Nichole Jacobs. And spent another $ 3,500 for Pre– filing Juvenile Depencency Matter… no Job was done!
All of the money that we have given to them! we are not sattisfied…
There’s way more Law firm, that are reasonable, and be sattisfied. Not this Place

Please do not hire this arrogant pitiful excuse for a lawyer! E. Scott Clark is a big mouthed scam!!! Sure he called within minutes when seeking representation, and sure he has got a great pitch… Hired him and never did he return a phone call!!! SERIOUSLY paid him $ 5000 to try and fix a problem within dependency court hired him two weeks before «TPR» hearing which is when the state wants to terminate your parental rights… The two weeks prior he did NOTHING that I asked for and lied saying he did… He did nothing at my hearing also and went so far to tell me that the hearing would be continued the next day and should go home… only to find out that instead of contesting he waived my trial and stated i was in agreement with the adoption of my child. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCUM HE IS THE DEVILS BEST FRIEND…
