Farabela’s Touch

I found Farabela’s touch through Instagram while I was searching for floral designs for my wedding. I came across Fara’s beautiful floral arrangements and fell in love with them right away. I set up an appointment with her and she was willing to work with my budget. She prepared a sample centerpiece for me so I can make sure the colors will match with my theme. The day of the wedding Fara and her team did a great job and everything looked perfect! Only reason why I didn’t give her 5 starts is because I was told the day before the wedding I had to arrange for someone to pick up the bridal and bridesmaid bouquets from her store. They will not be delivered to the hotel where we were getting ready. It was inconvenient to look for someone on a short notice but we found a family friend to do it. But overall I would recommend Farabela’s touch.

Great florist and can’t beat their price! Stop by and see Diana she’s very helpful with helping me with my baby shower. Their flowers are so fresh and gorgeous see for your self!

I’m so sorry to be reading all these reviews are so negative but I’m glad we have Unilocal bc I will be canceling my apt with her this week. Too many brides have writen negative sad reviews. Thank u for ur reviews will stop me from hiring someone so horrible

Farabela was my florist for my engagement and I could not have been any more pleased with the outcome. The whole venue looked breathtaking thanks to Fara. All my guest asked me who did my flowers. She did exactly what I asked for and it looked stunning. I definitely do not regret my decision to have Fara as my florist. She was sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. She is simply the best!!!

By far the best floral designer my family has ever worked with. Originally, my sister had hired someone else and due to unfortunate circumstances we had to get another person. The original floral designer was heavenly flowers. They charged us more for less décor. We were stuck with the deposit so we were forced to use heavenly flowers for the church. Farabelas Touch did everything else. The Church looked like a 1998 décor. Everything else that Fara touched looked absolutely stunning. Since then she did my other sisters engagement and will be doing her wedding too. She’s a very smart lady and had a very creative style. If you want quality, chic, lavishing and a glamorous look… Farabela Touch is your floral designer. She has never disappointed us and is our family floral designer.

Thank u Farabella for my sisters wedding flowers she couldn’t be more happier. U did an amazing job from bridal house flowers to church and the reception. we loved everything specially how u did the head table just like she wanted. thank u so much

If i could GIVE 0 STARS I would. Where do i start with this lunatic of flower store with Fara being the one so call running it. She promises things and doesn’t deliver. When you tell her that’s not what u had asked for she tell you its not on your contract. Brides please do your self a favor and pay more and go somewhere else you will be happy at the end. If you decide to go with her have every little detail on the contract i mean every little detail. She gets angry and starts yelling at you when you confront her lies. She has no customer service skills ever. She only does a good job for the vendors around her so that would be a marketing for her. When i tell you she is psycho i really mean it.
She made a sample for me however when i walked in the hall on my wedding day it didn’t look anything like the sample. When i texted her about it she acted it wasn’t her and it was her assistant. She has no morals what so ever. My toss bouquet was missing, my bridemaids bouquet were nothing like what we discussed. My cake table was suppose to have candles, rose pedals sad to say nothing was. stop promising if you cant deliver. I wish i had gone with someone else after i read her reviews. I still have texts from her showing what she promised but yet delivered something else. I believe in karma and karma will get her one day, i hope she realizes what she is doing is not the right way to do business. I will make sure i complain about her anywhere i can to make it known she is a crock. All of these reviews are correct the positive ones are her friends or the customers who were referred by vendors so she had no choice but to do a good job.. She will need to learn from her friend Narine at millaevents how to deal with customers and do the right thing. She ruined my day for me and i really believe the money she is getting from the brides and not doing her job will catch up to her one day.
Fara one word of advise sign up for a customer service class it will help you in a long run, and learn the right way of business. How would you feel if someone did the **** to you.

One star is too much ! I’m beyond mad at the service this company gave and I’m writing this review so future brides know what they are getting into !!
Money box at the hall was forgotten !!!
Both fathers flowers were forgotten !!
There was NO aisle décor which was promised !
Two main flowers at alter were taken before pictures could be taken !
No calls were ever made after the wedding to apologize or offer money back.
Unprofessional and disappointing service

Fara did an exceptional job on my wedding day. Every single detail I had in mind she did not fail to bring to life. My head table looked incredible and all my centerpieces were beyond beautiful. Thank you so much love for all the dedication and hard work you put in! Much appreciated.

Words cannot express how BEAUTIFUL my flowers came out for my wedding! Everyone at my wedding was impressed by how gorgeous the flowers looked! Fara and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect AND it was! I wish I could go back, I was not disappointed. Me and my husband loved all the flowers! I was referred to Farabela from some friends that used her for previous weddings and am so happy I chose her to be my florist for our wedding!!! At the first appointment she was really sweet and knows exactly how to give you ideas and help your ideas come to life!!! Our centerpieces, cake table, and head table were absolutely beautiful!!! I will definitely be referring her to my future friends and also use her for all future occasions! Thank you Fara !!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Fara does not listen to what you want and pushes her own ideas on you. She will make promises that she does not follow through with. If you want your wedding to be beautiful and what you the «BRIDE» want go somewhere else. My engagement day I was not happy and stressed about how ugly my flowers were. Please do your selves a favor and choose someone else. She charged me well over $ 1400 for a small engagement and I wish I could have backed out. Vases and flowers were colors I didn’t even choose. she does not even deserve 1 star. When you go in as a bride you have ideas of your own and if she does not like your ideas she pushes hers on you and gets mad and has the biggest attitude if you don’t take her opinion.
She not only does all of that but will state she’s a professional and she’s been doing this for I do think know how many years and claims she knows what she’s doing. She made me, yes MADE me purchase the cases instead of renting and I insisted I wanted to rent them. She said I cannot have you purchase them. What the **** is that shit.
To Fara, I really truly hope you start acting like a professional business woman and listen to what your customers want on their special day. You cannot run a business based off of what YOU think is pretty or nice. And lastly, you should really take into consideration of fixing the way you talk to people, maybe just maybe you’ll be more successful because currently its biting you in the ass.

I found Farabela’s Touch on Instagram and thought all her flower arrangements were beautiful.
I visited her store with my 2 young children and she was extremely accommodating and informative and made me feel very welcome and at ease, even after my children left Cheerios all over the floor!
We had an unexpected, very sudden move from California to Atlanta and I was worried about organising everything from so far away. Fara was extremely helpful and kept me updated and made me feel comfortable every step of the way.
Leading up to the wedding she was extremely thorough and went through everything more than once. She even visited my wedding location (2hrs drive from her) twice without me even being there, just to check everything out so she could plan properly.
Being so far away it was tough for me to visualise or direct and Fara took care of everything. The day of the wedding I was worried about how everything would look and her and her team couldn’t of done a better job. Mine and my bridesmaids flowers were beyond beautiful and I couldn’t of asked for anything better for the location. She made everything look PERFECT and had taken the stress and worry away from me.
Would 100% recommend her. It’s a shame some people have had bad experiences but I can’t say enough good things about her and what a wonderful company she runs. A pleasure to work with!

I was going through Instagram and I came
Across Farahs page and I was very impressed by her work ! I started getting to know her work and she seemed so nice to me ! She started giving me free flowers on her contest’s that she kept having and j was so excited ! After few months later I started going to different florist to find one for my wedding and I said to myself I should give Farrah the chance to do my flowers ! Long story short I end up booking her for my shower and my wedding ! I heard from so many people bad things about her flowers and the service I got really worried and started freaking out ! I called her and I said I’m going to pay u large amount of money for my flowers and I keep hearing these thing I hope that doesn’t happen to me on my wedding day ! «The large amount was 6k «which for me it was large amount to spend of flowers ! Prior to that I went in with a budget of 11k but after hearing and seeing the negativity I came down to conclusion and I said I will only spend 6k. For my bridal shower everything looked okay I only paid 550 ! It was whatever ! For my wedding day I went in one week prior and I told her I want extra large flowers and put greenery in the flowers to make it full which she did ! She had mentioned to me that she will do two extra ones for my parents extra large and special ! When I went to the hall ! I saw no difference the only thing was she had put orchids just few not as promised ! The greenery had Bugs in them ! And I was very disappointed ! My head table wasn’t suppose to have greenery but she put them there ! Never asked for it and she told me my head table

But only had few ! I had mentioned to her that my cake table we don’t need anything but rose petals there was nothing there ! She forgot my tossing flower I had to toss my bridesmaids flower ! That was sad ! One thing really really disappointed me was that I told her I want hanging flowers full of nice flowers and orchids because I took couple of centerpiece out ! She made these really ugly things hanging from the top and it was horrible ! I even cried when I saw it ! I was devastated ! One thing I will tell everyone is that I was promised something else and what I saw was different and tacky and I felt so bad because that wasn’t my style ! The only thing that was nice was my bouquet even tho I asked her no stones or anything on my flowers she still put them which that wasn’t what I asked for ! Thanks for her effort but out of 100 percent 5% of her work was what i wanted the rest was just I have no idea what her team or she was thinking !

Love this girls work! Fara always listens to my requests. She is very detailed. Which I love! She knows exactly what to create for my taste. I love how she is responsible with all my orders. She has never disappointed me.

I can’t say enough about farabelas touch. I get flowers delivered to my west Hollywood office every Thursday. The flowers are always fresh and oh so beautiful! She knows what I like and she never fails. I love how accommodating they are. Some days if need be she will deliver the flowers early in the morning or late night. Always comes through If I have a party or an event. Fara is beyond amazing. Let’s not forget how affordable they are. Almost every client that walks in the office compliments the flowers and no one believes me when I tell them the price and how they get delivered from Burbank once a week. Love you guys! Keep up the good work! Wish I knew about you sooner. Would have saved me a lot of time and money

Horrible service. Not only is this place not take the promised wedding floral arrangements to the location, but even lied to my bride the day of her wedding. I will NEVER recommend a person to this place, and if you do decide to work with this company. I STRONGLY advise you to GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. This company will make you unreal promises and then tell you otherwise the day you need your paid items. This was the most unacceptable and unprofessional service I’ve experienced.

Expectations. I’ve been use Falabella for about 5 years now for all my events .She always goes above and beyond to deliver exactly what I am asking for. She always adds extra things with out even asking. She is friendly easy to work with. My flowers are always on point and delivered on time. Highly recommend her as a florist. Thanx babe ur the best

All I can say is WOW! Fara did my flowers for my baby shower centerpieces and i was blown away! She did a AMAZING JOB! I absolutely love it and all my guests loved them too. Fara has great ideas and knows what will look good. It was perfect and it goes with my theme «royal prince» Thank you Fara for all your talent and hard work you put in on my special day.

I’ve been to Farabela for my wedding and my son’s first birthday party centerpieces and she is incredible my flowers look gorgeous on both occasions and she is very helpful and thoughtful and she puts her heart and stole into helping each and one of her customers and her prices are very reasonable for the quality of the work
