Dynamic View LLC has been providing Architectural and Structural designs, plans, drawings, with all permit processing through out all the cities through out the county of Los Angeles. From the initial design to pulling permits to construction process from 2005.
History
Established in 2005.
Dynamic view began as an Architectural drafting service in November 2005 from a small house in Pasadena, CA. Two years later Dynamic View joined with a few professional Engineers and progressed into an LLC, which helped to start a new era of design, practicing under the professional structural Engineer supervision with residential projects.
In 2009, their first commercial project, «Adams Plaza,» kickstarted the company and expanded Dynamic View from doing residential projects to bigger commerical projects.
After taking the M. Arch program, «Masters in Architectures,» in 2010 at Woodberry University in Burbank, CA, the perspective of sustainability came into focus and the value of the community became a more essential priority in our feasibility studies and project presentations.
Dynamic View has expanded to include 7 employees and is located in Burbank, CA, the media capitol of the world.

Aydin N.
Business Owner
Aydin Naghibi, who was born in Tehran, Iran, has always been interested in playing with soil, building with clay to make bridges and railroads, and making castles on the beach from a very early age. He received his diploma in college level math and physics in 1988 and in 1989, the war in Iran hindered his education as he was enlisted into the army for 3 years on the border of the battle among the minefields.
Through 120 degree desert heat, Aydin’s past time consisted of inventing natural/passive wind coolers for their bunkers. When his military career came to an end, he began workingas a draftsman for Mojda and Associates, a large architectural firm from 1991 to 1994. After being accepted into Azad University of Tehran to receive his B. A in Business Management, he was immediately promoted to project manager at Mojda.
In 2001, Aydin left Iran and spent a year in Austria studying the art and architectural aspects of European culture. A year later he moved to Los Angeles and
