This place is a pit. The floor is so dirty it hasnt been washed since Nixon was in office. There is an unholy smell to the whole store. They do not take coupons and they throw your order at you. Everyone looks mean and nasty. I say bulldoze the building, chase the roaches out and start over. But it has been this way for years.

The absolute worst Dunkin donuts in the area, order a hot and an iced coffee and get 2 hots, either they don’t listen or they don’t care! Was told 1 was ice when gave to me he goes I can remake them and I already paid with my card meaning I’ll have to give him my card to pay difference (no cash) next time I’ll drive 3 miles out of way so I know it will be made correctly (day shift) now I’m forced to drink hot coffee on a 90 degree day… ridiculous! Maybe in drive thru repeat the order back or get with modern technology and get a screen so I can see what your putting in computer

Ehh very thing about it is ehh. Most of the time its disappointing when they hand you your order its either not what you order or they didn’t make it correctly.

I have been to this location a few times and I always end up disappointed, why do I even bother. You order an iced latte with liquid sugar and all you get is milk, ice, and a bunch of sugar laying at the bottom of the cup. They seem to be having new staff there all the time and they’re poorly trained if they’re going to give you a cup of milk for over $ 3. Next time I should just throw it back at them through the drive through window. This is insane.

Slow service at night, worker doesn’t speak english clearly. (I stress worker bc only 1 worker all night). I was waiting 8 minutes in drive thru window waiting to for drink And worker comes to windows says he needs to help customers inside first. He should have told me when I was placing my order. Customers were coming inside after I placed my order via drive thru and he gave them priority. No customer service, workers are worse than robots doing slave labor, zero understanding and compassion, All they want is take our dollars but they just don’t make sense.

Stopped in here (a few times) after we couldn’t find a coffee place/​café that serves real espresso; guess it’s not a popular beverage on the Southside… :) The coffee was OK, it was strong. I guess anything is better than Starbucks.
Service? Let’s just say the employees seem to have a bad day (every time we were here) and it really, really showed.
The place is always busy/​crowded = a good thing, but very dirty = not a good thing.
Great location, ample parking.
