Very honest and helpful employees, they go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are satisfied and getting the proper service they require. I came to Dr. Geeksters in a time of need when my hard drive crashed, without having much time or forethought to research other options. They ran the diagnostic with a quick turnaround and although the drive required intricate repairs that this shop was not able to service, the staff was very helpful in recommending other options when I didn’t know where else to turn. Dr. Geeksters is the best type of small business that really cares about their customers!

Sent in my ps4 for repair after I damaged the Blu Ray drive when I took it apart. Thought it was completely broken, but they did a fast diagnosis and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Great friendly and professional service. Definitely coming here for future repairs.

Highly recommend Dr.Geeksters.
My PS4 had a damaged Hdmi port, I thought that was it.
I took it down to the shop, Paul is very easy to talk to and offered a great price for the repair.
(My Ps4 was infested with roaches, and they went the extra mile to terminate them, can you believe that? awesome)
Definitely will be going back to have other repairs done soon.

Dr Geeksters ROCK! Paul is always very polite and professional and has always given us our computers back in top shape. He’s even talked us out of spending money on hardware that we didn’t need.

Great fast service. I arrived during their lunch hour and was able to drop off my xbox 360 next door at the gun store. My xbox’s disk tray had worn out. They fixed the disk tray and cleaned up the years of collected dust and gunk at a fair price. Highly recommended for electronic gadget fixing.

I am not computer literate, in fact, I probably shouldn’t own a computer… or be around electronics full stop. These guys were super chill and didn’t talk down to me with their smarts. I dropped off my computer the Tuesday after a long weekend, and even though they were backed up from the Holiday, I still got my computer back the following Friday, which I think is fair given the holiday weekend. Will absolutely return when I screw something up again.

I’ve been meaning to write this as they’ve helped me with my PS3 before, so here I am finally doing it!
When I came in, they greeted me and immediately asked what the problem was. My PS3 beeped three times and its fan wouldn’t come on, so they were able to set my expectations as to what the problem could be before I even left my poor PS3 to repair. I really appreciated that.
When I got home, I got email updates which let me know the status of my repair and what the problem was. It also included the bill — which I conveniently paid online (via Paypal) — and was able to pick up my PS3 the very next day.
If I have any other issue that needs repair, you bet that I’ll be going to these guys to have it checked out!

Long story short: They care about your business and want to make things right. Also, they are very professional, timely, and friendly. If that’s the kind of technician you want, give them a call.
I’ve had my Wii since about 2008 and recently began to use it again only to realize my Wii couldn’t read certain disks. After some *thoughtful* research on YouTube I decided to stick in the disk drive, a homemade disk cleaning device made with a bandage pad and an old CD. Not only did this method not work, but I got the cotton pad stuck in the drive.
I began to look for places to fix my Wii and because of their good reviews on Unilocal I chose them. Thinking this would be a quick fix and lense cleaning I brought it on a Monday afternoon. What it turned out to be was not a cleaning, but it was in need of a replacement part. They serviced the Wii promptly and I had it back by end of Thursday same week.
Except when I went to try to play a game, I experienced the same error. I immediately called them back upset that nothing had changed. At this they were shocked because they thoroughly tested the disk drive before returning the Wii to me. They told me to bring the Wii back in and they would run some more tests and get back to me. After the weekend passed they called.
My entire disk drive had to be rebuilt, but that it would be NO CHARGE for extra labor or parts. Now there is no need for them to not charge me except for that they wanted to make it right. I insisted, but they refused. This showed me that my satisfaction as a customer is more important than anything else including nickels and dimes. So if you want a fair computer/​electronics technician company who are reliable, friendly, effective, and efficient and want you to be their customer, you found them.

I really like this place now, and they deserve a five-​star rating. They’re knowledgeable and they’re fast.
A few days ago after I sent them a message on this website if they can fix my old iPod Classic 4th Generation HP Version. I have the device and have been using it since it came out back a decade ago. Unfortunately, I dropped it 3 years ago and stopped working. I thought that’s the end of it. But, I can’t just throw it away.
I went to a iPod repair service in North Hollywood after sending them a message on this website. They said that they will be able to fix it. I went and dropped it off, and 3 days later, they called me to say I can pick it up. I just found out that they weren’t able to fix it and they told me to just buy a new one. I asked them how much will they charge me if I decide to fix it, they said it will cost more than the device itself. So, I walked out. And this was 3 years ago.
So, I found Dr GEEKsters, and I came in with my iPod. I met Paul, and told him what happened. And he said he needs more time for it to diagnose what caused for the device to stopped working. He mentioned that there’s a diagnosis fee, which I don’t really mind, and he will waive it if he will be able to fix it. I gave him the permission to ho ahead and do whatever. I got a call the following day and he said that there’s something wrong with the hard disk and he already ordered that parts. I was surprised how fast he diagnosed it. He informed me that it will take at least a couple of days for him to receive the parts, and once he got the parts, he will take care of it right away. After a few days, I got a call from him and he said I can pick it up. When I got there, he said that he also replaced the battery for no charge.
Paul is great. He really likes his customers. He got a new customer now.
I hope his business will bloom and he would get more customers.

This place HAS & IS the number ONE place to be for any broken electronics.
My boyfriend & I have been in & out his door COUNTLESS of times for broken xbox’s, Playstations, iPads, laptops, & of course… Phones.
Each time Paul does an EXQUISITE job at repairing our items. Not only are his prices reasonable, but he is also fast!
One recent visit — my iPhone had been submerged in water on a Friday night. Long story short, I did the rice method (the whole weekend). Monday, my boyfriend & I stopped by the shop & dropped my phone off.
I personally didn’t think my phone was salvageable because it blue screened twice & kept restarting by itself. But we’ve been coming to Paul for YEARS & we trust him.
The very next day, we get a call & to my relief… He was able to bring my phone back to life!!!
Totally saved us $$$ (instead of buying a whole new phone) & all my data was still on my phone.
Worked as if nothing happened.

I could have sliced my fingers open with my cracked to hell phone screen or I could get it fixed. But who the heck fixes screens? How much does a screen cost? WILL THE CONTENTS OF MY PHONE SPILL OPEN AND DIE?! So I asked around and I looked around… enter the geeksters. make that DR geeksters with a PhD in making your tech sad face into a tech happy face.
My phone was in and out of the ER in two shakes of a kitten’s paw and like NEW. cha-​ching (without the -$$$$)! These guys are cool. And they fix your stuff. Go for it.

So last week I was riding my bike and stopped to check my iPhone and guess what. It slipped from my hand and boom on the concrete !!! The screen shattered ! So I asked a few ppl and one my close friends recommend these guys ! So I took it in
