Danny was awesome to work with! He helped my family and I close on a condo in the Los Angeles area this past year. We were first time home buyers and weren’t really sure how the process worked, but we knew we wanted to work with an agent that would dedicate his time in answering all of our questions. He was very knowledge not only about the marker but the area as well. A family friend referred us to Danny Umana who was easy to talk to. He explained things in a way that made it easy for us to understand, he also took the time to make sure we were aware of the process through his professional presentation. Danny introduced us to his team, so it was very easy to getting started. With that being said, he always returned all call/​emails/​and text messages, in a timely manner. He was extremely patience with my family (who isn’t always so pleasant to work with) but he handled it great! He drove us to every condo we wanted to see and never rushed us into making an offer.
