Alexander Bermudez’s ten years of experience involved Commercial Leasing, strategic Portfolio Management and the brokering of Investment Properties. Over the last 5 years, Alexander Bermudez has focused his efforts on identifying and purchasing Investment Properties, for his private clients.

Alexander Bermudez founded Classic Apartments in 2000. He personally oversaw the acquisition of various real estate investments, maximized returns through good management and aggressive redevelopment, fulfilling Classic Apartments’ guiding principles, of providing quality affordable rental housing, in the Los Angeles area.

Alexander Bermudez joined The House of Realty in the spring of 2004, where he specialized in the analysis and acquisition of Commercial Real Estate Investments. Further providing a more complete service to The House of Realty and its clients.

Alex was my landlord for ~5 years so I have some credibility to say that he is awesome. He takes care of issues immediately (sometimes even on the same day), responds to texts/​calls quickly, and is just a good person to talk to. He made my renting experience a breeze; time will fly by without you knowing it just like the 5 years zoomed by for me.

I lived in a studio apartment at the Glendale property for 3 years. It was an amazing place to live! No complaints whatsoever. Alex is a great landlord — he takes excellent care of all his tenants and was always there for whatever was needed. Definitely check out his vacancies if you are moving into the area!

I lived in Classic Apartment’s North Louise Apartment in Glendale for about 1.5 years. From the moment I contacted Alex to view the studio apartment until the last few hours I spent moving out of it, I had the best experience. The studio was in the perfect location and was the perfect size for me. Alex was professional, courteous and always timely with my requests for maintenance. I only had a few requests throughout my renting experience, and when I did, Alex made sure that everything was taken care of within 24 hours. The complex was well-​maintained, the neighbors were friendly and the price was just right!
I’m so sad to leave this apartment and if I could, I would take it with me! ;) Thanks, Alex and Classic Apartments — you have my highest recommendation.

Alex Bermudez was an amazing property manager. We lived in an industrial loft downtown that he managed for just around 4 years and only have good things to say about him. Being that space was what I said, an industrial loft and not just a condo calling itself a loft because it had exposed brick there would occasionally be a problem here or there. Alex was always quick to get it sorted out and was super accommodating about our schedules if the fix necessitated someone getting inside the unit. Also he is just a really nice pleasant guy that I liked talking too. It never felt like a landlord tenant situation more just like he was a buddy that was going to help me get things done when they needed to be.

Alex is the best property manager I’ve ever rented from. Hands down! In 17 years of being a tenant, nobody holds a candle to him.
We rented from Alex for nearly five years — and don’t have a single complaint.
He was there if we needed him — but otherwise gave us our space. He struck a perfect balance.
He’s incredibly fast, responsive and level. If we needed something fixed he responded immediately. When our water heater broke, he somehow knew before we did and had someone there to fix it within an hour of discovering the issue. When our roof sprung a leak in the middle of the night on Dec 23rd — he had someone there to fix it the next day (xmas eve).
The property was well taken care of and communication was easy.
I wish they all could be like Alex. Truly.
It’s weird to miss a landlord.
If you have an opportunity to live in one of his properties — absolutely take it. You won’t find a better property manager/​landlord anywhere.

Oh where to begin??? Classic Apartments is hands down the best renting experience I have ever had. So much so, that I have been in the same unit for the last 7 years, and couldn’t be happier.
Starting with the property itself; the outdoor areas have been thoughtfully designed and are immaculately kept. The buildings are downright gorgeous, and as you can tell by the pictures, the units are spacious, classy, and receive wonderful light.
The owner/​landlord Alex has been nothing but great. He is super friendly, and if ever there has been a problem (and they were seldom), he would have a crew out to fix it immediately.
If you happen to be lucky enough to see a vacancy at one of classic apartments locations, ACT QUICKLY!!! because they will be snatched up, and you don’t want to miss out on one of their great spaces. I promise you will love it.

I cannot say enough great things about Alex and Classic Apartments! I lived in the building on N Louise St and it was a wonderful experience. The building/​grounds were always clean, the neighbors friendly, and it truly is in the best part of Glendale to live. I was sad to leave, but life decided to take me in a different direction. If it hadn’t, I would probably be living there for years. True story.

My wife and I lived in Alex’s building for a year back around 2008⁄2009. The apartment was great– but that’s not what makes it 5 stars. Alex was just a good property manager!
We had a few little things happen (once with a water heater and once with some stuck windows) and Alex always had someone on the property to check it out and fix it the very next day.
Other than that, he really stayed out of our hair… which is exactly what people want in a landlord, right?
The landscaping was beautiful always. I hear he even hires ACTUAL arborists –from TreeCareLA ;) –to take care of the trees!
We only moved because I got a job in Inglewood and the commute was too much. If you like the building/​location, then go for it. You won’t have to worry about the property management.

We have lived at Alex Bermudez’s one-​bedroom in Glendale for over a year now. And we are just so sad to have to move. We are having twins in a few months and need a bigger place, or else there is no way we would leave Alex’s place. Not only is the apartment amazing, but Alex’s care of it and us is just great. If you are looking to rent in Glendale, do so with Alex.

I’ve been living in one of the apartment complexes that Alex manages for the past 2 years and it has been nothing but pleasant and hassle-​free! The couple of times that I needed to get something fixed he was on it and the problem was fixed the same day. You can always get ahold of him — no leaving voice mail messages that get ignored… I even called him on Father’s Day once because I was having a plumbing issue and he answered his phone and sent over the maintenance crew! Alex is very easy to work with — no drama, no hassle and very accommodating. This was my first apartment experience and I’m afraid I’ve been spoiled to the point that any other landlord/​manager is going to have a hard time living up to my expectations! Oh, and I’ve never had a complaint about any of my neighbors or the condition of the premises or anything! Very professional and well managed property!

Living in Alexander Bermudez’ apartment has been by far the best apartment experience I have had yet. The landscaping surrounding the apartments are well maintained by a friendly weekly crew. In the event of any malfunction, (garbage disposal, leaky faucet, the usual.) he has sent his maintenance guys over promptly, usually within hours. The actual apartments are beautiful, with hardwood floors and some crown molding. The tenants around us are always friendly and polite, as if they have been handpicked for their amicable personalities.
In direct contrast to the stereotype of the overbearing landlord or property manager, Alexander Bermudez is a dream. He does not micromanage his tenants; rather, he quietly creates a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere that his tenants a happy to preserve.
Lastly, his rates are competitive and his demeanor as a property manager makes them a steal. I highly recommend his properties for people interested in a lovely and stress free living space.

I’ve lived at Alexander Bermudez’ apartments in Burbank for the last two and a half years and have never had a better living experience. His apartments are always in top shape and he rents to great people. Not to mention the speedy service you don’t find from other propery owners/​managers. My toilet clogged and he had it fixed within 2 hours. No ‘we’ll fix it next week’ here. The pipes rattled one morning, by the time I was home from work he had them fixed. This is a great property and a great landlord.

As my property manager, Alexander Bermudez did an outstanding job. He was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. The grounds of the apartment that I rented were well maintained because Alex cares about what his property looks like and our perceptions about the our homes. He was very easy to work with and made me feel like an actual valued client unlike many landlords I have dealt with in the past. He was able to adjust his schedule if something needed to be done at the apartment and that is something you won’t find very often. Plus the added fact that he owned the building I rented from him, made it important to him to heed every need as well. I was transferred by my job to another town and is the reason why I had to relocate, but I will say that Alexander is the best landlord I have had, hands down. I’m sad I don’t have him as a landlord now, but you should feel lucky to get the chance to have him as a property manager. He will go above and beyond to make you feel at home and surpass all your expectations of a property manager.

Furthermore Alexander has routinely made cosmetic as well as structural improvements to the property, significantly improving its appearance, functionality and safety. Additionally Alexander has been very generous with his time and his knowledge of the local real estate market, our conversations on the subject have been enlightening.
