Chuck Mercier is a rude abusive A-​hole. I would NEVER do any kind of business with this guy. He could even possibly physically assault you. Chuck Mercier is a loose cannon. I’m sure he is going to respond by saying how long he has been in business and talk about his triple AAA rating (that he probably pays for), trying to discredit me. Go find out for yourself, you will regret it! At your own risk!

I have recently moved here from Texas. I was referred to this service station by AAA. This is one of the best things that every happened to me since I moved here to Burbank. The professionalism and honesty is outstanding. Every time I go there ladies are sitting around the table talking about how wonderful the service is here. As women, we feel confident that Mr Mercier will always work with us. He appreciates our business and we appreciate his family values that he passes on to his customers thru his excellent services

As an amateur car collector and shade tree mechanic, I can’t say enough about the expertise, customer service and professionalism of this shop. Owning cars of technology that varies widely across multiple decades, I can’t say enough about having found this place. They are extremely professional, highly experienced, well organized and fast. Their ability to troubleshoot technical issues that stumped two other mechanics were what impressed me on my first visit to them. I will be using their services as long as I live in the area.
