Food is just like any other chipotle but the lines are tooooooooooooooo long!

Thursday, January 28th at 4:15pm. I decided to give chipotle a try after all of their food contamination scares. A guest, ahead of me in the food service line was holding a dog directly in front of the sneeze guard. I look at the manager who was nearby and asked if he was going to do something about the dog in the restaurant? He told another employee to tell the guest the dog had to go, the guest responded to that employee by saying the dog as a puppy, he told her it didn’t matter and then she said it was a service dog. And then he said oh ok and walked away. He did not ask her for the papers or anything. I then asked if the dog should be on the floor instead of right in front of the sneeze guard? The employees appeared to be scared to deal with the situation. The dog stayed and I left. I will never go to chipotle ever again. And I definitely reported this to the health department at the time of the event.

Yum yum yum. How great to have a Chipotle right next to the movie theater. Quick and simple, works every time! Grab a burrito. make it a salad or try their tacos. Fresh ingredients for the carnivore, omnivore or herbivore. ;) Burritos are HUGE and I always share mine, but my kids know how to power down one of these monsters. Clean, indoor &outdoor seating. Inside is loud so we tend to grab a table outside and people watch or watch the local street artists perform. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Great job Chipotle!

I love Chipotle and eat there all most every day. I get the veggie bowl being that im a vegan so this is great fast food for me. With chips to eat with my fajitas I really do like this place.

Usually most places when you ask for the bowl they put in enough meat. But this time I was disappointed. I asked the lady to please add extra meat and she put in 3 pieces. I asked for salad in it and she didn’t put in salad so I just paid for my food and left.

As Mexican food. They’re the worst. They serve something that tastes a little like Mexican. They’re OK from most parts. It’s fast food, what do you expect.

Maybe it was just my luck to visit this location with employees who were working extremely slow and were being cheap on portions. I don’t expect a bucket of food but I’ve been to enough Chipotle’s to know when I’m being deprived of my addiction. Workers are nice, slow paced and total opposite of what I’m used to. Nothing special, if you’re around and dying for Chipotle and have no other choice, drag yourself here.

First of all none of the staff was nice or friendly and everyone looked like they just wanted to kill themselves, they rushed me through the line splitting half my order from one side to the other side I couldn’t even order for myself because they were putting my food all over the place. I really don’t like these peoples attitudes and when I had asked for salsa on the side I never received it my tacos were so soggy because they put the juice from everything all over it instead of actually using the ingredients it was really just a mess I’ve never had such a bad experience at chipotle.

Came in today and had the worst service. Can’t believe I used to think this place was worthy of anything more than one star. The girl serving me had an attitude and when I told the manager she gave me a sideways look and said, «I’ve never heard that before about her,» to which I replied, «well, there’s a first time for everything.» NOTHING else was said about it. No questions, no apologies, nothing. I will be contacting corporate about this issue and hopefully will get into contact with another manager today. Just stunned.

Ordered pick-up for 10 people via the order online option, so everything was very clearly selected and labeled by person. Despite the easy and organized online system, they managed to mess up nearly every single order. Some were burritos when they should have been bowls(some the reverse), some were veggie when chicken with extra filling was ordered, etc. We were almost shorted a bunch of chips and guac as well, but we caught the mistake before leaving. As an added note, this Chipotle is difficult to pick-up from when the area is busy(especially when streets are closed for whatever they closed them for today).

Chipotle now charges an extra $ 3.50 for quesarito style(melted cheese) on burritos. Also this place charges for extra sides of sauce. I’ve never been to a chipotle were I had to pay extra for sauce. Beware!

Latest News… Chipotle is apparently now serving blackened old guacamole. I think this has to be the worst chipotle I have EVER been to! Too bad it’s the closest one to our office too :/ Our office has ordered lunch from here sooo many times, every time hoping they don’t screw up the order, but every time they manage to mess up each persons orders! Yesterday’s lunch order was the last straw, I mean how is it ok to put OLDNASTY looking Guacamole on food and serve it to your customer? I didn’t pay almost $ 17 for lunch to get this, even the guac for the chips looked old and nasty… Also they NEVEREVER read the«special instructions» for online orders which is super annoying! In the past I even called twice and talked to the worker/manager letting them know how terrible our orders had been, asking them to talk to their workers and hopefully offer better service next time… but nope, same if not worse service now. I’m really disappointed, chipotle is supposed to be known for its fresh, healthy and fast food that you can rely on it tasting good…

I found a $ 20 bill in an old coat. It made my weekend. My plans changed — not drastically; I still went to Chipotle Mexican Grill, which is my Friday night ritual(it’s where I welcome the Sabbath) but here’s where it changed: I brought my best friend… paid for him… baller. And to answer your follow up question: yeah, we both got the guacamole. Unprecedented. I never get the guacamole. I’ve ordered it but then she says, «Guacamole is $ 2 extra,» and I start backtracking. «You’re right,» I say, «I was being impetuous. I don’t know what I was thinking. Can we never mention this again?» She says, «Mention what?» And we share a laugh. There’s also part of me that thinks, «What am I wearing that she thinks I can’t cover the guac?» She doesn’t mean to be condescending but isn’t it implicitly condescending for someone to look at you and decide that two dollars might be a deal breaker? «Guacamole is $ 2 extra. Do you want to call your bank? Wanna check your balance?» By Mexican food law they have to tell you that guacamole is $ 2 extra. It’s part of the Condiment Surcharge Disclosure Act of 2007. So usually I don’t get it, but because I found a twenty, she told me guacamole was $ 2 extra and I didn’t bat an eyelash. I walked in there with such confidence. She told me guacamole was $ 2 extra and I looked at her as if to say, «Why don’t you let me worry about my finances? You just grab a melon baller and start scooping guacamole into a ridiculously small container.» – Gary Gulman«In This Economy?» New Wave Entertainment

BRINGBACKTRAVIS!!! he used to be the best manager, back when chipotle had quality I never crave chipotle now because of this location. all the workers are rude and there is always a line because they are sooo slow! Taking their sweet ass time, taking to each other, rather than helping customers! we even spent money for a big catering order, and they were being rude saying they could not help us carry all the food… i’m paying for your catering service, shouldn’t that include you ATLEAST helping me carry all that food?! Bottom Line: Save your time and money and go to the next nearest chipotle!

I just finished watching a movie and wanted to get some lunch. So I ventured into this place. I chose the Burrito option with chicken, white rice, black beans, cheese, and the hottest salsa. My meal was ok, considering this was Americanized Mexican Food. Service-Fair. The inside of the restaurant had the music playing too loud. The outside tables were dirty and needed cleaning. They really need improvement. Parking-Large Parking Structure

I love chipotle honestly but after i bit into my burrito bowl and found a screw in there i was pretty upset. Like how the hell does a screw get in to my food? I’m honestly pretty upset I can only imagine what other people have found in their food. I’m honestly just going to eat at home from now on. Yuck!

This was my first time ever at Chipotle. I’ve been told by so many people how great it is! Very disappointed!!! The guy behind the counter(with big fake diamond earrings) was rude not only to his fellow coworkers but to myself! I was in disbelief! Save your $ and go elsewhere. Food was just okay at best!
