This review is specifically for the experience I just had with the attendant working tonight. I live right down the street and frequent this gas station. Everyone is typically extremely pleasant. But tonight, the man working was rude to me, repeatedly, hung up on me twice when I called to let him know that as a regular who is always friendly and kind to him, I really didn’t appreciate the way he handled the situation, and that I wasn’t trying to give him a hard time, but felt he owed me an apology. He told me he didn’t think he did anything wrong and that I could talk to the manager, then when I asked for the info he said they don’t give that out (and hung up on me)! This is completely unacceptable when a consistent patron is is telling you they aren’t pleased. Chevron or whomever manages the convenience store, please encourage your staff to at least politely apologize to unhappy guests. I was definitely frustrated, and am aware the problem wasn’t even his fault, but he did not have to insult me and continue to act so rudely.

An adventure in ABC… Awesome Beverage Consumption! On each and every visit, you get to choose from a seemingly endless supply of choices. Pricey maybe but worth a detour if you’re a Foodie! A must visit if you’re in the area and you like to try new things. The Staff are also really nice.
p. s. By Beverages I mean their collection of Sodas/​Soft Drinks, this is not a review of going to a Gas Station «Tying One On”/“Downing a Quick Brew or Shot» or whatever your Al-​Co-​Hol of choice is and getting back behind the wheel of your ride and driving off.

This is the worst gas station I have ever been to. Their prices on gas and especially drinks are astronomically high. I understand they are convenience items and if I want to get them at their actual prices I will go to a grocery store but it’s just highway robbery.
I went to purchase a bottle of orange juice and told the clerk the price was quite high @ $ 3.99 and he had the nerve while in the process of checking me out to tell me I can go elsewhere and then swiped my card. He wouldn’t give me the owners name and told me he just works there and that he could leave tomorrow if he wants to. He then proceeded to take the next customer over my shoulder while I was standing there.
I will never come here again and suggest anyone reading this does the same. The clerks are rude right to your face and do not care about customer service.

This place has a good selection of beer and food items. But their main product — gasoline — is a problem. Their pumps are the s l o w e s t pumps in Los Angeles. In the time it takes you to pump a full tank of gas, you could have pumped it somewhere else AND gone to an actual store to buy the food items you wanted for far less money. (This is not an exaggeration. It took me 7 minutes tonight to pump $ 11 worth of 89 gas.)
Their attendants do not know their merchandise, and they make it clear that they don’t care to know it — lots of shrugging. I found it’s best for my sanity to just not ask them any questions.
Result: only go here if you have to.

This gas station store has everything! The place is really nice on the inside. They have everything from beer to protein bars. They have all kinds of candy bars from over seas and here. They serve Coffee Bean every day which is great coffee. They have beer that you wouldn’t normally find at a gas station, they have all the fancy waters as well. They have Isopures and tons of protein bar choices including Quest Bars. The man working there when I went was also very nice.

This morning I was at pump 7, and when I put my ATM card in the reader I almost cut my finger. I looked closely at the credit card reader and it looked like it had been removed and glued back sloppily. This was a red flag, because it’s well known that credit card thieves remove the readers and install their own, which read the keystrokes and steal the credit card info for future fraudulent use. I brought up my concern to the clerk, who seemed confused and didn’t seem to really care. Stay away from this Chevron!

«Most amazing drink selection» doesn’t begin to cover it. This place is like Whole Foods when it comes to bevvies! When the gf and I are in LA, we actually make a side trip to this store just to blow $ 30 on weird drinks. It. Is. Awesome.

Being a loyal patron of Chevron, a holder of a Chevron credit card, and a gas station connoisseur and enthusiast… this place is perfection. The most incredible selection of soft drinks, waters, teas, healthy snacks, toys, tobacco, frozen foods…(hell, pretty much anything you can think of) that I’ve ever seen. I love my Chevron pitstops, that’s for sure, but this one takes the cake! In fact, my last visit to this Chevron resulted in my purchasing, among other things, an organic pound cake… so there’s that.

TOTAL PROPANE SCAM! I just had a regular 5 gallon propane tank for my barbecue refilled here. The attendant made sure that I noticed the meter was at zero before he started. I thought, ok, that’s kind of strange. I’ve never had someone do that before, so they must have had some complaints before about that. He «filled» the tank with 4.9 gallons, according to the meter. When I picked it up, I could immediately feel that it was barely half way full. When I told the attendant, he got defensive right away, and kept, pointing to the meter to show me it said 4.9 gallons. He refused to pick up the tank to feel for himself, when I asked him three times. He said, «talk to the manager.» The manager was just as defensive, like he had had this conversation many times before.
Do not buy propane from this place ever!!! What a total scam!

Pricey but they have the absolute most amazing drink selection I have ever seen in any convenience store! Things I can’t even find at Wholefoods I find at this place. So many healthy options to choose from. They put vegas gas stations to shame.

Cleanest, friendliest gas station in the world!

I would never write a review for a gas station, however the second I walked in here, I knew I was going to write them a review.
This is the nicest looking gas station I have seen. I have family that own a few gas stations (insert stereotype here) and none come close to this place.
Everything is well organized and they have some pretty cool things that you would never see at a gas station.
I went to check the bathrooms just to be sure and the bathrooms are modern and clean.
Keep doing what you guys are doing!

This location’s a bit over priced due to its proximity to Warner Bros Studios but the window cleaning fluid & squeegees are the best I’ve found in the area. The place is also kept very clean and the staff, though not very talkative are helpful when needed.

I love to stop by this chevron on my way to work in the mornings because they have good coffee and they have a unique selection of snacks and drinks you wont find at any other chevron or any store for that matter. Gas is a bit expensive, but since your in burbank and right off the freeway next to a studio… the price is fair.

My friend and I work around the corner and often walk here for a break. The store is immaculate and looks more like a spa or a Starbucks than a minimart. The owner takes great pride in his selection of drinks– there must be over 300. He specializes in organic and healthy drinks and food.
You can pick up a healthy salad or sandwich, or your typical hot tamale/​hotdog/​chips. There’s a huge selection of chips ranging from unhealthy Flamin’ Hot Fritos to organic white cheetos.
*Avoid the warm tamales. Nasty.
*Bathrooms are clean.
*Chevron is owned by the Koch brothers, who are ruining American politics with their funding of big-​business politics.

This gas station store is immaculate! (and so is the restroom I made add one of the best!)
I feel like I’m inside a Whole Foods! The best of foreign candies and chocolates. LOTS of options for chips and energy bars. Tons of food and my favorite part of all HONEST TEA brand for sale!!! I LOVE IT!
I guess they just re-​opened it and word has it that this is not the same gas station from 3 months ago. GOOD JOB!

The price of gas was like anything else these days — insanely high but I’m reviewing mainly based on customer service.
This was the last adventure of my trip. It was late at night and I needed to pee like a mad woman and everything else was closed so I wandered aimlessly around Burbank looking for anything. Almost to the point of desperation that if I had some tissue, I just might have peed on the side of the road but I’m a lady. I can wait.
Lo and behold, the Chevron on the horizon shines like a beacon with its plentiful store of last call road trip junk food and shiny clean restrooms that have disco ball feel to them. I ran in looking insane and haggard and asked the guy behind the counter where the restroom was — I was that frantic that I couldn’t bother searching so he politely pointed behind me and wasn’t all sassafras about me having to pay for gas or make a purchase first. I loved that! I just needed to pee and I needed to pee right then and there!

This station is right off the freeway and is relatively clean with newish pumps. It’s near a bunch of studios so perhaps that is why the price was slightly jacked up as the station I normally go to is about 7 cents less.
There was only one other car getting gas when I went so it was easy peasy getting in and out of there. I can imagine it’s much busier during the daytime. The store inside looked large.
Maybe I should stop driving the 300 miles or so a week…
