Canterbury is a great local operation.
They were responsive, polite, and offered great customer service at a fair price. I had rodents in the attic. Canterbury team made recommendations based on findings that were not recommended by the inspector or pest control while we were in escrow on the house. The warranty their work for a year. What they did was seal off the vents on the roof, conduit for the a/​c, and crawl space. They set traps and came back twice a week to check them until the house was empty.

Stay away from this company, the owner Jessie Davis, and his convict son, Jessie Davis, Jr. This is not a company you want near your home. The reviews that are 5-​star have been posted by the owner and his son.
If you want an honest, ethical exterminator, find someone else. My experience with these people, and their services is beyond horrible.
