My grandparents have been living here since the place opened and it’s great. Lots of fun activities for the tenants including a billiards room, a pool, a gym, a library, a theater, and so many more things. Totally recommend this place even though it might be a little pricey for some people. I would live here myself if I could!

I toured this place and was told there are no units with walk in showers, which didn’t seem right for a senior community. I’m an artist but the units I saw were cramped and
the distance to parking and storage (for my art supplies) was too far. I was told the rents started at $ 1600 a month. It is centrally located and just two blocks from the
main downtown area. Too bad.

I’ve been here a few times to visit dear friends of mine. Today unfortunately, I visited to pay my respects to one of those dear friends who recently passed. The Artists colony walls are filled with artwork done by all of their tenants. They have a theater, a reception area room, a crafts room where they hold classes. The people who live there are all so unique and creative in so many different ways. Everyone I encountered on every visit was super nice and welcoming! I want to grow old here!
