Place is usually pretty busy, but the staff are pretty quick, pretty much good service and good ice cream

I come here every now and then if I am craving Baskin-Robbins. The interior is clean and well-kept. The employees are friendly and the service is good. There is a decent amount of parking in the lot behind the place. It is pretty small so it is better to get the ice cream to go.

I’ve come here 3 times now and the service is usually good. The employees have always been friendly to me. Today I got one of their Halloween theme cones with two scoops(cookies and cream/mint chocolate chip) and it was good! The place itself is pretty small. There’s 2 small tables to sit and eat your ice cream.

Hate to say it; but avoid this Baskin Robbin’s. With the proximity to the high school you’d think this place gets enough business to improve its interior but you’d be wrong. The space is tiny, and extremely hot– no AC to speak of, and with the fridges running at full blast keeping the ice cream cold, it feels like you’re walking into a wave of heat. The small fan pushing hot air on the one employee working on a humid Burbank afternoon doesn’t help the mood either. Speaking of the one employee working– and he was working hard– I don’t blame him for the situation, as said earlier he was doing the best he could with what he had, but it’s one person holding down the fort on a hot muggy summer weekend afternoon. I blame the management of this establishment for not foreseeing the obvious. Plus– it’s ice cream day. All of these things add up to long lines at ice cream shops. After 15 – 20 minutes of standing in line in this form of self torture, we cut our losses and bailed. Didn’t even want to stay any more and our ice cream cravings were gone. It was cooler outside and I checked the temp– 90 degrees. Sorry Baskin Robbins you failed me this time. At least there was plentiful free parking.

The young man behind the counter when I placed my order was very friendly and helpful; however, when I picked up my ice cream cake, the two young ladies behind the counter were anything but ladies. It was a real disappointment when we cut the cake and found it to be a white cake when I had ordered chocolate. The birthday girl was crushed as she only like chocolate cake… thanks for spoiling her birthday. For $ 39.95 I expected better. No more ice cream cakes for us!!! Don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan of Baskin Robbins, but after this experience I am done! Came in and got my usual, a single scoop of Gold Medal Ribbons. After 2 bites, I noticed there was a bug in it. DISGUSTING! It looked like a wasp or something! Will post pictures. Went back and showed both employees and they were disgusted as well. The employee who served me, apologized and returned my money immediately. He also offered a new one or a pre-packed pint, but after that I will never eat their ice cream again.

The Service: Only one staff behind the counter. Not even a friendly smile when I walk in? Not a busy day either… The Ice-cream: Sign up on their Birthday Club, FREE ice-cream! The Parking: Private lot behind the shop.(free)

How do you call yourself 31 flavors when you don’t have your two most popular flavors!!! Are you kidding me you have no mint chip for a Sunday night ice cream run … I’m so disappointed and even my back up flavor — chocolate peanut butter — is out. What a joke !! Stay current on your inventory please — for the sake of people’s cravings. If I could I would give zero stars — having a busy weekend is a poor excuse for running out.

This place is very good, and the ice cream quality is nice too. I like the Oreo ice cream and also the cappuccino.

This place is pretty much only good for the ice cream, which is enough to keep us coming back. The building itself is quite small and has a relatively uncomfortable layout in general. However, they always have Mint Chocolate Chip available and it’s always good. Something about the shaved chocolate chip versus the actual carobs in other brand’s makes dealing with this dirty location and questionable staff worth every overpriced nickel.(I wouldn’t say penny because Baskin Robbins in general is cocky with their pricing). Nevertheless, this is on the way home and after a tough week, you can be positive we’ll be stopping on for the green cream goodness. –Megan

Went in to buy an ice cream cake today and the man working was very helpful. I kept changing my mind and he didn’t even get annoyed with me! Well he probably did a little, but he did a good job of trying not to show it haha. He even brought out more choices from the back. And his writing on the cake was so pretty! Love the icing work! I wish I could write on cakes like that. One review mentioned no parking but there actually is parking in the back. The lot is connected to the restaurant right next to it so I’ve never had trouble finding parking here. I’ve been here many times for ice cream and haven’t had a problem with service. Maybe I just get lucky.

Look, I know this particular branch has grumpy workers but my girlfriend and I got 2 single scoops and came out to be $ 5. I can get 2 quarts of ice cream a block down from ralphs for the same price.

Was there on the night of Wednesday 11/13/2013. The only gal working there was in a pretty bad mood, was a little scary when she was serving us.

I didn’t catch the guys name unfortunately, but this Asian guy was all by himself running the store at night. It got pretty busy but he kept his cool and made sure all the customers waiting in line know that he would be right with them. He was friendly and polite. Great customer service!

All the employees are pleasant except for one skinny Asian girl who always seems to be wearing shorts that are rather inappropriate for work(to say at the least). Every time I visit, she just displays a sense of moodiness. Starting off with an insincere/rude/whiney«next in line!!!» Followed by insincere«alrights» and«uh huh». She underscoops like hell, and I also try to avoid her when It comes to blended drinks. Always comes out extremely watery or full of ice chunks. But I guess I can’t let one bad apple ruin everything, because other employees are great!!! We got some relatively young looking guy who beautifully crafts cakes, a super smiley Asian fellow who shows genuine care in assisting customers, alongside other members that seem down to earth.

I will never go back because of the two employees there tonight on 4÷8÷11 at 9PM. The two men working in the shop didn’t seem to want anymore customers to come in and grimaced when we came in. We asked for a cake from the display and one guy was unsure of how to package the cake. He asked if we wanted anything else and we asked for reese’s peanut butter cup sundae.(Which we’ve ordered many times in the past.) The guy looked like he’d never made one before, and stared at the picture a lot. He asked what type of ice cream and I said reese’s, he said peanut butter? I said no, do you have what’s in the picture? He said no. I’m confused because I’ve had that many times before before at this location. But that’s fine, I asked for soft serve instead. Then he fills the whole cup up with soft serve only, not leaving room in the middle for toppings(like the picture he JUST stared at) and puts a few crumbles of peanut butter cups on top. No hot fudge or whip cream or anything really. It was just a giant cup of soft serve. I said I’m sorry I don’t want that, it looks awful and mentioned he didn’t really make the sundae. The manager(I assume?) came over and said to sprinkle more topping. But it wasn’t worth it, the whole thing was awful and unappetizing. The«manager» didn’t seem to see the issue and was equally incompetent. They didn’t apologize at all or try or ask what was wrong. They just looked at us with an attitude as if we should want the product they didn’t know how to make. We bought the cake anyway. Then he took my credit card to pay for the cake with sopping wet hands, they weren’t wearing gloves and now I’m not sure how sanitary they are either. Then gave me a wet credit card back. The«manager» then said«it’s all good». And we left. I’m not going back and I’m posting this on Unilocal as well. I suggest they fire those idiots.

LITTLECORNERBUTBIGTREAT! This Baskin-Robbins is convenitent, but at the heart of Burbank… its kind of hidden away because of its location. They dont have parking, which is hard to find, since you would either have to find it on the street… in front of the store or park at the KMART parking center. Otherwise, they are clean, and freshly stocked with 31 amazing flavors of ice cream! B– 4 Stars
