Automated Laundry Systems

I ordered washer and dryer from this place and it is already giving problems after six months of purchase. I called for a repairman to come fix the problem. I hope it won’t cause problems after the repair.

I have been a customer of Automated Laundry Systems for many years. My business has always relied on them for our laundry services. When I need service on my machines I know within 24 hours a technician will be out. The staff is very friendly and the techs are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Automated Laundry Systems. I work for a janitorial service company (Harbor Building Services in Torrance, CA). We strive for the best care we can possibly give to our customers and with that comes clean cleaning items! We knew we had to bring the laundry in-​house.
I emailed Automated Laundry Systems last year to inquire about purchasing a commercial washer and dryer to be installed at our location. That email was the beginning of something wonderful!
Don Watt, the C.O.O. of the company, emailed me back almost right away and then came out to our site within a few days to see if we had a place to install the appliances!
I was very concerned about where we could possibly fit these huge commercial machines but I worried for nothing. The team from ALS (Automated Laundry Systems) figured out a great place for the installation and definitely put our minds at ease because we were going to be able to have them installed without any problems!
Once the machines were installed, we were given hands on demonstrations as to how to use the machines and to get the best from them.
We have been using our new commercial machines on a daily basis and we could not be happier. If we ever have any issues or questions, we call or email ALS and they respond as fast as is humanly possible!
A review for ALS would not be complete if I didn’t mention Celene. Celene is absolutely wonderful! I called with a question about a noise our dryer made (off and on) and she had someone out to see us the SAME DAY!!! I know that if I need anything, Celene will do her best to help! ALS gives top notch customer service!
The technician who came out? He was fabulous as well! He even showed me how to see what programs were already programmed into our machine and gave me tips on achieving cleaner and brighter laundry!
I am so glad that we found ALS on the internet! I cannot imagine going anywhere else for our Commercial Appliances. I highly recommend using Automated Laundry Systems!

Well, what can I say… When I need it fixed, one call and it’s done! The call center always tries to expedite their service people when we are in need of service. When their service people arrive– it get’s fixed! From washers, dryers, etc… Your first call is your last call. I highly recommend and appreciate Automated!

Recently, we purchase from Automated Laundry Equipment a big commercial washer and dryer.
Very professional installation, very nice and clean. Last week we called for service. Chris (the service technician) came the same day and fixed the problem. I could tell he was an experienced and knowledgable mechanic just by looking the way he tested the equipment.
This company has all the after sale support as well. Huge parts and service department.
