We had them notarize some paper work. It was fast and done at a great price. From now on we will go there for all things that require a notary and to ship packages

Walked in with my two year old to get a stamp for an envelope my husband needed sent that day. He already had a stamp on it but I guess it was missing a few cents. The woman who worked there saw I had my hands full with my son, put the stamp on it, saw we had stamp and it was missing a few pennies .she did not even charge us! It isn’t about the pennies saved. it adds that community feel — people helping people just because it’s KIND :)
With that kind of customer service, good parking, I definitely will be back… why go to the long lines at the post office?

I always use their location as a drop off and never had any issues. People complain about getting charged for tape… well, they don’t get it for free then why give it for free to the customer? Small businesses are barely hanging in as it is.
But never mind the service, has anyone noticed the prettiest girl in California working there! My compliments to the beautiful redhead, always a pleasure seeing here.

This place is fantastic! Dianne is a lifesaver. If you have ANY shipping needs at all, come to this place. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would.

I have been a customer at American Ship and Pack for 4 years now. I live down the street and went there for convenience. I’ve never had any problems; customer service was always satisfactory.
Recently I went in to mail a return. I had the merchandise in the box but needed it taped. The girl who helped me, said that for her to put one piece of tape down the center of the box would be $ 1.00. I was taken aback, I thought she was joking. I explained to her that I have been a customer for many years and have never had to pay for tape… she was a new employee. She proceeded to share that the manager was cracking down on tape. Really? I mean REALLY?
Wow, some nerve. She apologized then said, okay, I won’t charge you this time. I thanked her and then because my UPS label was not a self adhesive label, she said she would have to charge me $ 1.00 to tape the UPS label to the box.
REALLY???
I don’t care if this place is down the street from where I live, I refuse to go there again. Terrible management. Terrible.
Bummer, because I love supporting the local businesses. I found another shipping place on Pass Ave. by the Starbucks… they are soooooo nice there. I will be using that business for all my shipping needs instead.

Have rented a box there for the better part of a year now. Shipped a few packages before I rented the box. I haven’t done careful shopping on prices, and don’t care to. The people working at this store are friendly and accommodating. There is never much of a line and always a friendly face. I find this store much easier than visiting the post office and waiting in long lines. My time is worth money, and ASAP is a savings to me in the end.

I have been a customer for eight years now. I have a box for there for my company and also use them for all of my shipping needs. I have found all of the staff friendly and knowledgeable. They consistently go out of their way to go beyond the call of duty. I could live without them.

I have been a customer of ASAP for a few months now. I have found everyone there to be friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable and always helpful. Granted, things can go wrong with any business, but I’m quite content with the services ASAP provides.

I rented a post office box from ASAP for many years. Yes, they are expensive, but the services are worth it. What I really appreciated was the email notification from them when a package came in for me.

It does not get better than this place! ASAP has been a destination I have used/​relied on for years. The staff is beyond friendly & patient. I have witness some very rude customers over the years and have been impressed by the professionalism used when it comes to their customer service. It is a one stop shop. Notary, mail box, shipping boxes of all size & they do an excellent job of packing any idem! I’m not someone who went in there once. I have used the services provided at this little gem very happily for years & will continue to do so in the years to come!

I went to them to ship a couple of packages parcel post in the USA.
The clerk told me that anything over 13 ounces could NOT be shipped parcel post, and could only be shipped Priority Mail. And said she would include delivery confirmation for me. (Delivery confirmation is optional and an additional 45 cents, but she didn’t even ask me if I wanted it and included it)
I paid $ 35.09 to ship two small light packages, and called my Mom who does Ebay because it just didn’t seem right. She said of course I can send Parcel Post, so I went back and got my money back.
The clerk got flustered and told me that she was only «going off what the computer says». Basically she got caught.
I had no trouble sending the packages at the regualar post office parcel post for half the price. Careful, they will try to rip you off!

Please note I reluctantly have been a customer for some time. (boxholder) They will not provide a receipt for drop off packages, even though I am a box holder? I wonder if the lost $ 600 package has anything to do with that? Do you want to chance it too?
The customer service is not so friendly if your requirements are not profitable for them– (using their shipper #) or you don’t have to buy a box etc. Your a bother– There are plenty of places to ship — go to an official UPS Store– for your UPS needs– not this place. Boxes are cheaper most EVERYWHERE else as well… If I could give them a lower score I would– it’ s boxes, it’s shipping… you can get this stuff anywhere — I recommend all their competition– shipping, for notary– and if you still don’t have one– for your faxing needs– simple customer service!

I live right around the corner from ASAP, so I go here for all of my shipping/​postal needs. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve shipped both UPS and regular mail, including a package to Japan, without any problems. They have boxes/​tubes to package any bulky or unusually-​sized items you might have to mail.

Needed a notary service and after two calls and a voicemail to others, found this through Google and it was as easy as a call and showing up to get it done. The place is really clean and organized and the people there know how to treat customers. (The A-​List celebrity autographed head shots behind the counter are pretty awesome too!)
This place is way better than FedEx Office or whatever they’re calling it this week.
Go here ASAP for your mailbox, shipping, notary, faxing needs.

I love these guys! Prices are a little high for mailboxes but the service is superb and you never wait in line! And they know their customers… I love that when they see us come in through the door, they go get the packages right away (they don’t need the slip with my mailbox no).
