Really rude managers. Not very helpful and seemed rude to customers and workers.

I just come here to watch my Tagalog movie.
The place is small, the chairs are not comfy to sit on and the place is sometimes very dirty.
The movie ticket is pricey
The food is oooovvvverr price!
We get the pizza that is so small but super expensive.
The nachos are good tho.
The drinks they don’t have a lot of flavors.
The pretzel is dry, hard and they don’t put a lot of cinnamon. :(

Came here today to watch a Filipino movie, Just the 3 of Us. I appreciate that this theater shows Filipino movies but this place is just sad. It seems like an afterthought in a super outdated mall. A ticket is only $ 11.09 but I’d rather pay more for comfier chairs and clearer sound. I bought Dibs ice cream and it had so much freezer burn. I could barely eat 2.

Confused the AMC 16 for this one so we had to walk, but I wasn’t bothered at all since it’s so pretty out here and the mall where this one is located at is huge. I prefer going here at night since the neighborhood is filled with hanging lights. The workers here were very helpful and the theatre itself is very clean

The seats are awful!!! It felt like punishment to sit in those straight backed seats with no leg space!!! And it was so claustrophobic! The A/​C was non-​existent!!! The acoustics were horrendous!!! I don’t mind missing an oscar winning movie but will definitely not be visiting this amc again!!!

This theater needs to be shut down or at least renovate the place… seats are nasty with holes… smells really bad… carpet is old… and most importantly… its so hot inside… NO A/​C!!! whats up with that…

This is the sadder, lackluster sister movie theater of AMC Burbank 16. Unfortunately, everything here is of lower quality — from the uncomfortable, rigid upright seats to the old-​ness of the entire place. Also, it’s definitely harder to walk from the parking lot to this AMC theater for some reason, just farther and out of the way. It’s located on the 3^rd floor of the mall and there’s definitely a good amount of walking involved.
Basically, after discovering AMC Burbank 16 I’ve made a mental note not to come back to this one. Unless, that is, they decide to renovate this place and make it better.

This is the theater inside the mall, on the third floor. I rushed here for a matinée ($ 10.50 versus $ 15 regular price). I accidentally went to the other AMC, across from in n out, and a woman redirected to the mall. I cant believe i was able to speed-​walk thru the mall so quickly, and still made it inside before the movie started!
I missed the previews and was one of the last people to walk in, i know this because i sat in the back, and the double doors of the theatre were wide open for about the first quarter of the movie! This was distracting because you could hear some of the hallway noise, and the movie volume seemed low. This is actually why i give the theatre 3 stars and not four.
The movie was in theatre 3, which was a small room with 3 small seating sections. You can tell this particular theatre room is older compared to others because it didnt have the stadium seating. But that didnt bother me, or take away from the movie.
The woman who sold me the ticket was very friendly. And i do like the convenience of shopping before or after, since the mall is right there. :-) This theatre is worth a visit.

I saw a movie here for the first time today. There was a super nice employee who gave me (great) directions on the phone and then turned out to be the same person who sold me my ticket at the window once I was there.
I ended up at this theater because it was showing the movie I wanted to see today at the most convenient time for me to see it, plus which I had some AMC Stubs reward credits to spend.
The ticket price was only $ 6.29 because it was for a showing that started before noon, plus which I only owed eight cents after the credit/​reward on the Stubs card was used.
One of the other reviews says that this theater is ok as long as you know what to expect — it’s true.
I was in theater 5 — with only two other people — which was actually really nice. I like sitting on the very back row. There were two seats together on each end of the back row with a lot of empty space between them. These seats and spaces are for people who use wheelchairs (and their companions) so I would’ve moved for sure if there had been anyone who needed those.
You enter this theater from the back, not from the sides or front. It’s not stadium seating but it didn’t matter today because there was nobody in front of me. I didn’t find the seating to be uncomfortable and the theater was clean — but it was only the first showing of the day so nobody had a chance yet to leave their drink cups or popcorn boxes lying around for theater staff to clean up instead of dropping them in the trash can (which they have to walk RIGHT PAST) on their way out.
I also hate being cold in theaters — some reviews said it was hot — for me it was perfect temperature. The sound was ok — the screen wasn’t dark or torn — I had definitely expected it to be creepy and musty and junky but at this time on this day, all was good.
Restrooms were clean and there was no line at the ticket window — sort of understandable given the reviews and that this is a more inconvenient location on the third floor of the mall — also because it was in the morning. I parked in the parking structure across from Ikea, went in through Macy’s and took escalator to third floor — exited Macy’s into the mall and found the theater on the left side, all the way down by the food court.
Just don’t go in expecting it to be like Arclight or Landmark or even AMC Burbank 16. Yeah, if I was paying $ 12 or $ 15 or seeing a movie at night I would go elsewhere but it would totally be worth $ 6.29 to see another matinée here.

Very old and run down theatre. I expected something great when I had to pay extra on top of my two free tickets & boy was I wrong. The theatre is stuck in the 80’s era and very outdated. The seats are stiff and uncomfortable, the sound is horrible, ac is loud, and I doubt they ever vacuum. I will not be returning to this theatre any time soon.

I came in with my three kids to see a kid movie. The tickets where expensive 12 for adults and 7 for kids. Then you can’t bring in your on food. The snack are over priced. I wasted around 70 dollars. For the tickets and food. The movie was great and the screen. The seating was so uncomfortable you can’t seat back or move your arm rest.

If i could give 0 stars i would totally do so! This theatre has the most uncomfortable, filthy and itchy seats! Will definitely be staying far far away from here!

This theater is great. Tons of room to sit around and friendly employees.
It’s the only AMC I will go to besides arclight cinemas.
Came here to watch deadpool and was able to watch my movie on time and get out on time as well.

Possibly the worst theatre in the state of California. It seems this place was built in the 80s and forgotten about. I guess the investment to bring this up to the 21^st century was too much, so they chose to keep the legacy alive.
I’ve seen bigger screens in living rooms. The static in the speaker system is like listening to the end of a vinyl record. If you’re a hipster and you want to feel what theaters were like before the technology era; then this is the place for you.
For the love of all that is good. There are at least 4 newer theaters in the area. Go there!

By far the most uncomfortable seats in the history of movie theatres. Not only was I shifting the whole time trying to find a more bearable position, but most of the audience was too. Not the cleanest… I think this whole place needs a revamp. Do yourself a favor and pass on this theater.
Oh and the theater was blazing hot inside and I am someone who runs cold. Who in the hell is running this place?!

I love AMC, and how they reward people who frequent their movies. That’s why whenever I can, I AMC. This AMC location is one the smaller side, but perfect when you don’t want the crowds or stand in a long snaking line. It’s in the mall, opposite the food court. I want to give a special shoutout to manager Stephanie Gomez. When everyone was giving me the runaround when a membership glitch occurred, Ms Gomez stepped up to the plate and resolved my problem.

I used to come here all the time with my mom when I was a kid. We were movie junkies and this theater had cheaper tickets than any other nearby theater. I remember even coming for small screenings of some underground movies (ie the Debut).
We came to see the Good Dinosaur last week and early bird tickets were just under $ 7/​person. What a great deal! Keep in mind that the theaters are small and there are no luxury seats or reserved seats, or anything fancy like that. But I think the movie was well worth what we paid for. It’s good for families especially those with kids.
Service was alright, nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about either. Won’t mind coming back here soon!

Foreign films are great here.
Prices however are steep for the size and quality of theatre. Around $ 11 even matinée. You’ll see what I mean if you go.
There are options for student discounts at the concession stand. However sizes are incredibly small.
Seating is very limited.
The theatre is located on the third floor. Biggest appeal are foreign films.

It’s not the most luxe theater but it works just fine.
It can be hard to find because it’s in the Burbank Town Center mall, tucked away in a corner.
The popcorn isn’t that great, but the prices aren’t exorbitant either. The seats aren’t spotless, but the floor isn’t sticky.
When it boils down to it, it’s a decent theater. I saw «Annie» here with my little girl, so it will always be special to me, regardless of its star rating.
