Got my white coat dry cleaned here for $ 3. Did a great job. I had pen stains on all my pockets. They were able to get all of it off on 2 pockets and most of it off on one pocket. I didn’t expect it to come out. I have tried so hard to wash it out with no luck. My parents love to go here because the prices are cheap, they do a good job, they are friendly, and they are fast. The lady asked me when I want to pick it up. Usually dry cleaners I have been to tell you ok pick it up this day after this time. Good customer service.

I take my clothes in to my usual dry cleaner and I was told that they would need a couple of weeks to get it done. So I decided to take my clothes in to Allen’s cleaners. I needed a large number number of items cleaned overnight and they were able to get the job done. Allen’s cleaners did a better job for a better price than my old dry cleaner. The owner is a great guy and is good at what he does. They definitely earned my business

Best alteration in town… and the cheapest too. I brought 1 jeans and 2 work pants to have altered. The jeans was to have it cut since I am short. Lol. I was asked if I wanted the original hem which I did. The 2 pants were to be cut and tighten since I lost so much weight. The lady did a fantastic job! I can’t wait to bring more of my clothes. The price is very reasonable. The one across the street was going to charge me so much for each pants. Thank u Unilocal for this place

BEST cleaners in town. I have been using dry cleaning for my shirts and pants for the past 8 years and have been to MANY cleaners around here and none of them were as good as Allen’s Cleaners. Their customer service is outstanding, prices are unbeatable, and the employees, owners, there are wonderful(who actually do all the work). My clothes are just like new. I would 100% highly recommend this business. Try it out or yourself!!!

My go-to cleaner right next to my house. They do a great job but sometimes the amount of days they take to clean is too long if you’re in a hurry.

My experience was not good here. This is an example of «You get what you pay for» cleaners. They are priced slightly less than other cleaners, but I was not happy with my experience. My drop off was ok. the place not nice looking but the service friendly and the qouted price good. I was told it would be ready at the same time I dropped it of 2 days later. so two days later I went to pick it up same time slightly later and it was not ready. They made a call and said it would be another hour. It upset me a bit and they said 30 minutes. I went to sprouts to kill some time and spend money I didn’t need to spend only cause my order wasn’t ready. So when I arrived back at Allen’s there was a van there(I guess delivering my clothes). I waited in the car for a bit to give them some more time and then walked in. It was still not ready. There he was ironing my clothes and he was doing a terrible job. I pointed out a stain still on my dress and the clothes were still wrinkled. they took back the wrinkled dress to iron it some more and she said I could leave the dress there to have the stain removed. but I was not going to wait two more days and besides all the other things that they had done wrong I had to go in behind the counter for my 5th article of clothing that they couldn’t find they only had 4 pieces for me and they couldn’t find the fifth one so I had to go in to look for it. I paid took my clothes and left very dissatisfied. Didn’t receive an apology or a discount or anything for the inconvenience and bad service.

I was trying to go to the dry cleaners across the street, but it just burned down, or was damaged. So, I tried Allen’s Cleaners at the last minute. Big mistake. The people are nice enough. But, after picking up my laundered skirts and dry cleaned pants, three days later I noticed that the shirts were never washed at all. They were pressed, but still had stains and smelled worn. Sweat stains should NOT be there after washing, I could have washed them in the sink and they’d be cleaner. Again, I doubt the pants were dry cleaned. They seemed pressed but still had that worn smell and a few spots left over. In summary… I have never had my entire clothes drop off NOT cleaned at all. It’s shocking. I never give bad reviews on Unilocal, but this is just too ridiculous not to mention.

I have been coming to this cleaners since 2003 when I worked nearby. They have cleaned my whole life — my wedding dress, down comforters, baby dresses, work clothes, coats, you name it. They have always been friendly and done a good job with my items. I have also had clothes altered here, as well as had them send shoes out for repair. It is a family owned business so they take their customers satisfaction very seriously. The owner is very helpful and has even offered me discounts when I bring a lot of items. Her husband is not as organized as she is, so a few times my items have been«lost». Luckily it was just a misfiled ticket and it wasn’t more than a 10 minute problem.

Most shocking, awful dry cleaning experience I have ever had. I had been bringing my work clothes here every 2 weeks or so for dry cleaning, and had no issues. My husband was bringing his shirts and suits here too. Then, with no qualms or hesitations, I brought in my white, faux-fur trimmed hooded winter coat. It had some simple staining at the sleeve edges. Simple dry cleaning. YOUMIGHTTHINK… But holy crap. The coat came back as dirty as it was before — nothing got cleaned… and on top of that crap, the faux fur was completely fried. Literally. It came back as one slim band of burned plastic. You could smell the fried material. I didn’t notice it until 1 week later, and it’s not like a bad job that can be fixed — they literally RUINED my coat. And I can’t even buy a new one — it was from Japan! This place sucks. They should have had the decency to at least own up to me the fact that they ruined my coat… but I had to PAYFORIT!!! Outrageous. Absolutely DONOT come here.
