Tony at Alameda Liquor made my day!!! And I don’t mean by an alcoholic drink either. I was looking for something very unique and special and his store happened to have it. I checked three other places prior and they did not have it. The store is clean, big and well-managed. The liquor store is well lit and the service that I have experienced has been awesome. How many people can really say these words about a liquor store? Thank you Tony for saving my day.

I stopped in today to pick up a sandwich and drink. Y purchase amounted to One BLT sandwich 2 pkgs of potato chips and two small drinks. The amount was 1.50 per drink. = 3.00 .50 per potato chip(they were marked 2 for 1.00) 1BLT sandwich The charge was for 13.30. When I realized the charge I went back in and questioned the cashier who insisted that he was right and I was wrong. Service was fine, food was fine, but feeling a bit ove r charged I won’t return.

I grew up literally a few houses towards Maine on Alameda and this is still my favorite liquor store. My parents always bought breakfast and lunch for my sister and me before school and my grandpa would take me for a short walk to this store so I could eat ice cream on the way home behind my mom’s back. Over those years the owners became buddies with my parents. Twenty years later, I’m stopping by for the insane beer and wine selection. It’s perfect to swing by before I visit my friends in the area. In case it’s not obvious yet, BEERCAVE?! Support local, family owned businesses :)

Best liquor store I have been to ever. They have a kitchen and they offer breakfast and lunch. Can’t go wrong with either. Great selection on beers and wine. I always have good luck with the lottery scratchers here for some reason and to top it all off… You can even rent movies here and its walking distance from home. Love the staff and this store. Definitely worth stopping by on those lazy afternoons!

My only experience here was a turkey sandwich. Not very good. Very little average minus quality turkey, bread was on stale side. Would not buy annother sandwich here under any circumstance. Theres a big Pavillions down Alameda St. to the west and a big Ralphs down Alameda to the east. Both have excellent delis. with way better sandwichs.

Awesome selection of Craft beers in the«Beer Cave». A panoramic display of hard alcohol & wine. Best Cheese steak(Philly style) in the valley. Staff unreal friendly & knowledgeable headed up by Abe the Great. All things delicious in their deli. Breakfast Burrito? Oh yah !!!(but not on Sundays). Real good people — Enjoy the day in Burbank … Jimmy

Hands down the best sandwiches around town. Me being from NY, I always found it challenging to find a kick ass sandwich in LA… Everything is fast food-fast food or fine dining. Love the lady behind the deli counter, I’ve been coming here for over a year and it just refreshing to see these people about 2⁄3 times a week. A must check out

Great selection of beer and food. Just be careful because they charge a $ 1.50 if you select cash back checking out, but don’t tell you that until they short you on your change.

Careful, these guys know how to take your $ 20 lotto ticket and make it look like you only won $ 10. I would never step foot into this place again. Forget the money, seriously, it is the principal. I hate shady businessmen and these guys look like your classic crooks.

I was at a job down the street and saw when i passed by that they had a sandwich shop inside so i decided to give it a try. The place is run by what looks to be an Armenian family, and all are very nice people. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and suggested i try the Santa Fe spicy turkey sandwich with swiss on a french roll. The sandwich came in at just under 7 bucks, but it was well worth it. The sandwich was really good, especially the turkey meat. The turkey had some kind of spicy red rub on the outside and it was mighty tasty. If im in the area again ill definitely stop by again for another sandwich.

Probably the BEST place to go for lunch if you want an AWESOME cheesburger/philly cheesesteak/breakfast burrito… DAMNANYTHING! Willy’s has the best hot dogs in Burbank. Period. The grill always smells awesome and the fries are cooked to order! Go in for breakfast, he will break you off some Great burritos and add some coffee to the mix MMM! One other great thing is always ask for extra salsa. Ernie the cook grows his own peppers and makes salsa HOMEMADE!!! The rest of the place is ok. Nice staff(but they charge an arm and leg if you get a payroll check cashed or use your debit card) ive seen dust and expired food on the shelves(but since then its been well maintained) and one time I ordered an Italian and got AMERICAN cheese with no dressing REALLY!!! lol I stick with the grill!

Who doesn’t love a breakfast burrito? I’ve been searching for a great local joint for a long time and always end up getting the lame ones at a fast food place. The search is over they have a great breakfast burrito and best part they are not cheap on the meat at all(not like other places in Burbank) AND you don’t have to wait forever! ample of parking too The service is great and the staff is friendly.
